I literally go to this stater bros almost five days a week. Every single employee there is wonderful, I never have an issue finding parking or purchasing an item. I have had so many great experiences there it would take me days to explain. It's family friendly, they do elf on the shelf during Christmas time, they sell dodger dogs to support the dodgers, if you sign up online and use your phone number when you check out it will automatically give you all the coupons or deals from online. Great store great company they hire quality people.... No complaints 👍

What can you say they got it all for a good price Great place to go if you love the barbecue you can ask the butchers to cut you whatever cut you want however thick you want it add it whatever piece you want and they will hook you up for nothing then accept the price of the meat which they had better seafood though but other than that this is a great place to shop

Hate that you have to buy 3 or 4 of the same item to get the sales price, or put in a phone number. Always clean and neat, but they should be, they have the highest prices in Riverside.

Generally an excellent supermarket chain. Great selection, great prices. The stores tend to be a bit smaller then the nationwide chains. But we do most of our shopping there.

Tonight, my son and I went shopping, prior to heading up to my 84 year old dad's house for a visit, and to take dinner to him. We did not know the deli sold sandwiches. When we realized that, we decided we'd get some for dinner, for both us and my dad. A girl came out to assist us and she was very helpful. She explained everything to us, from bread options to sandwich toppings. She was extremely kind and friendly. After asking her, she told us her name was Jacqui M. We brought these sandwiches up to my dad and to say these sandwiches were fantastic is an understatement. They were out of this world. I wish I would've taken a photo because they looked like they were out of a magazine. My dad claimed they topped Subway and wants to have sandwiches from there again tomorrow. I think this has become my new go to Stater Bros. Thank you Jacqui M.!

Ive been to many Stater Brother Stores over the years. They are constantly clean and well stocked and the cheapest prices compared to the other big box stores except Walmart.

Normally I'm a staters shopper and this, like all the other stores are pretty much alike. Today however was not a good day. Why in the world would you put Pepsi and 7up products up against each other, with signs on both that read get for $2.99 when you buy four. You really have to pay attention that one sign says Pepsi the other 7up. I think it's on purpose so people do what I did. Grab 2 Pepsi and 2 7up not even realizing it and then end up paying $4.99 for each. I got home only to realize I had been charged too much, went back and talked to the cashier who rang me up, and was told it was because I didn't get 4 from the same brand, kind of rudely. I asked for a manager and talk to her who looked like she didn't want to deal with me, agreed with me about the signs and the fact that both brands are stacked together, then gave me a refund for the difference without telling me what she was even doing. All in all no one was very professional, but I did get refunded even though I was willing to bring two of the four back in to exchange if I needed to. I'm going to chalk it up to a busy day not long before Christmas, and not just general bad moods or attitude. Stater bros is normally a good place to shop.

Generally disappointing. It's a basic grocery, but nothing to get excited about. Definitely caters to low income shoppers. Almost no fresh seafood for example. Slow checkout makes this store a poor choice if you just need to pick up a few items.

Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I went to make a delivery via delivery dock and I was told someone would come out in 10 minute. I called back and no one answered. The employee that answered the phone was extremely rude. I don't reccomend this store. Super upset that it took so long just to deliver two crates to this store. The docking near was so dirty and it smelled DISGUSTING.
