Scheduled a check up 2 weeks ahead of time. Came in 15 minutes early as requested. Filled out the info sheets on time. Then I waited for an hour for them to call my name. What was the point of scheduling? Then when going for the xray, I was helped by a lady, never caught her name. She weirdly informed me that the correct camera tool to do my check up is dirty and we are just going to try and make it work. What?? And then halfway through she dropped the actual camera tool on the ground, took off the plastic cover, was unable to put a new plastic cover on, and then put it back in my mouth completely uncovered and I do not believe they will or have cleaned it. Pretty confident that's almost worth a lawsuit. Afterwards I was brought to a room for gum inspection, and then after sitting waiting for the doctor for 15 minutes right after spending 30 minutes trying to get mouth x-rays. After the doctor came in she asked me to move to another room, which I did, and then she inspected my gums giving me of a recommendation to get a cleaning. All in all, what shouldve been maybe 30 minutes cost me 2 hours, and was a ridiculous display of incompetence.

Aspen Dental is new to the area. My dentist retired, so I was shopping. Yes, it’s a National “chain” but they were personable, caring, and engaged me as a small family practice would. I’m a nurse and have very strict quality and cleanliness standards. The Wentzville Aspen Dental practice ticked all of my boxes and obviously those of others who gave favorable reviews. Dr Chandi seems great and skilled. Office Manager Dezi is involved in the day-to-day inner workings and she will walk you through the financial aspect of dental care. I’m excited to turn my ongoing dental care over to Wentzville Aspen Dental.

STAY FAR AWAY!!! Dont teust them with your smile!! It's been a fight. Initially the first dentist started to pull the wrong tooth and then eventually pulled the correct one after being questioned about the tooth they were pulling. It was a terrible experience, coupled with crippling anxiety, it's been terrible. They finally fixed their mistake but then quickly canceled the following appointment I had set and then I received a certified letter telling me I am no longer welcome to receive care through their clinic. I received my explanation of benefits letter from my insurance and I was only responsible for $26 but I was charged for $87. Went by the clinic today to find out what that was about and if I would get my money I over paid and I felt like it was an inconvenience for me to even have been in their clinic. I learned my lesson, I will go to a family clinic and will never go back to a chain!

Had great experience. Business Office went over my paperwork in detail. Had deep cleaning the next day and it was invigorating. Hygienist went over mouthwash and tooth paste for gums in detail. Would highly recommend to anyone needing dental services

They thoroughly explained everything to me about what I needed to have done and why I needed to have it done AND how it would help me in the future. I like that I did not have to wait long for my issue to be addressed since it was Good Friday. Great overall experience and I will go back. Thank you Biannca for the help with my insurance company and my dental hygienist who told me more about what my teeth need at this time than I ever guessed, and how to maintain them.

Everyone was wonderful. Explained everything so I could understand. They spent extra time with my insurance company whom was giving them trouble and got it all straightened out. The hygienist went the extra mile to make my experience great. The doctor made time to get me started on my treatment plan

Overall experience was good. Rebekah is great--nice, professional and efficient. Everyone else was nice, especially the Dr. To be mentioned--- There is alot going on in that office-- Lots of chatter, like constant--and no real sense of urgency. It also felt salesy--like they are definitely trying to sell you everything, as well as the kitchen sink.

Great experience. There are open early at 7am, perfect for ppl who don’t want to take time off from work. Was in and out of the office quickly, no wait. Everyone made sure I understood and they were happy to answer questions. They did take my delta dental insurance. Will be returning, recommend.
