My mom started banking here while it was Perry State Bank in 1997, when it was the only local institution in Pike County MO that would give a single working woman a loan for a car.
Then when I left for college 5 years later, she opened an account for me, with a debit card. They alerted her if my account was OD, so she could transfer money from her account to mine over the phone.
Even though we lived in Louisiana Mo, and the bank was in Bowling Green, she said it was the best move she ever made. ~miranda
