My mom started banking here while it was Perry State Bank in 1997, when it was the only local institution in Pike County MO that would give a single working woman a loan for a car. Then when I left for college 5 years later, she opened an account for me, with a debit card. They alerted her if my account was OD, so she could transfer money from her account to mine over the phone. Even though we lived in Louisiana Mo, and the bank was in Bowling Green, she said it was the best move she ever made. ~miranda

I would not recommend getting your mortgage through them. Financing with them is a joke. Always get the run around when you call about questions and their customer service # is a complete joke. They tell you that you don't know what you're talking about when you call and they hang up on you. Very unprofessional and when we get the chance, we will be taking our business elsewhere!! ~Samantha

I’ve had an account with this bank for 38 years, not always Regions but never thought I would have the most horrible experience as I did on 3/12/22! Assistant branch manager was useless, untrained, no clue how to do his job! I would have thought he would call another branch to find a manager that knew the answer but nope he did NOTHING but tell me that the process I was following which was the direction I was given by previous branch manager and had no problem over last seven years but this bank just cost me to lose $1,700! I will be writing corporate, Missouri state attorney and BBB! After 38 years I’m going to find a new bank!! ~Laura
