Best financial institution in Wentzville, Missouri (MO) 2024

I’ve had an account with this bank for 38 years, not always Regions but never thought I would have the most horrible experience as I did on 3/12/22! Assistant branch manager was useless, untrained, no clue how to do his job! I would have thought he would call another branch to find a manager that knew the answer but nope he did NOTHING but tell me that the process I was following which was the direction I was given by previous branch manager and had no problem over last seven years but this bank just cost me to lose $1,700! I will be writing corporate, Missouri state attorney and BBB! After 38 years I’m going to find a new bank!! ~Laura
