I’ve had an account with this bank for 38 years, not always Regions but never thought I would have the most horrible experience as I did on 3/12/22! Assistant branch manager was useless, untrained, no clue how to do his job! I would have thought he would call another branch to find a manager that knew the answer but nope he did NOTHING but tell me that the process I was following which was the direction I was given by previous branch manager and had no problem over last seven years but this bank just cost me to lose $1,700! I will be writing corporate, Missouri state attorney and BBB! After 38 years I’m going to find a new bank!!

This review is strictly for the workers at this branch. They have been tremendously helpful and are always wonderful. They took the time to sit down with me to help solve some issues I was having. I had my young son with me and they were extremely kind to both of us. I wish I could give more than 5 stars

They treat 30 year customers very poor. If someone hacks into your account just know you are treated as the criminal. Stay away, try First Community Credit Union as an option

Very rude unprofessional ppl and the bank Corp. Itself is scammers....this bank has more fees than any other bank in the area. They even charge me for cashing a paycheck they issued to my account holder employer... They charged me 5 dollars for accessing money their account holder has in their account....A VERY uncommon practice amongst banks. I was given no reason as to why they charge 1 dollar more than Walmart, kroger, and other entities that have no tie to the account holder...this bank feeds on poor ppl.... Don't use them unless you can't get a bank account at litterally any other bank. Oh to boot, the teller tried to "sell" me on opening an account as it would eliminate the fee..... No. If you have extra fees that no other Banks have on the simplest form of banking EVER, why would I bank with you, I'm sure the fees just change into another deceptive word and are still charged. Also I'm sure that there are going to be other examples of y'all adding fees to things most banks do not charge for.. A piss poor excuse for a bank in general with crappy employees. Avoid doing business with sharks who prey on the poor and bank anywhere else.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BRANCH TO DEAL WITH - THE PEOPLE HERE ARE EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Regions Bank may be good to have an account there (but I have gone elsewhere with the other services they provide as those have gone downhill with unprofessional staff who do not know anything but what they look up in manuals). After 41 years through all the various changes as a customer - this branch happens to be the worst of all Regions Branches that I have ever walked into. Their branch manager does not care, and it seems to radiate throughout the employees as they have no care on how customers are treated. After two bad experiences at this branch, I am wondering if the whole company is falling apart. All I can say is NEVER GO TO THIS BRANCH - GO TO THE LAKE ST.LOUIS BRANCH were at least the people are more friendly - even though one of them worked at Wentzville - she is probably being told that the actions at Wentzville are unacceptable - and customers do matter!

Waited in the drive thru for 7 minutes, pressed the call button twice. No one came to the window until I drove off. Then I parked and went in and asked if there was a reason the drive thru was unattended. I was told by the teller that it was because she was chatting with the other teller! The other teller decides to tell me I could always push the call button, and she said it in a smart mouth way. I told her I had pressed the button twice and then they went back and forth with, "Well I didn't hear anything, did you?" Wow. No apologies from either of them; they were both stand off-ish. And then when I asked why there was an 11 day period to lift the funds hold on the check I had just deposited, I was told I should go read regulation CC! Whatever that is. Closing mine and my wife's accounts as soon as I've bought a house I'm under contract for. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for another bank. These jerks don't need any customers.
