I would not recommend getting your mortgage through them. Financing with them is a joke. Always get the run around when you call about questions and their customer service # is a complete joke. They tell you that you don't know what you're talking about when you call and they hang up on you. Very unprofessional and when we get the chance, we will be taking our business elsewhere!!

Just confirming my last couple interactions as many others, the people seemed put out to try to help and try to find excuses to not help instead of trying to help me as a customer. As soon as we close on our house, we will be changing!

Literally the WORSE bank I’ve ever worked with. We refinanced my loan, brought in all of our documents, and were told “everything is taken care of”. We get random letters from the “back office” because they apparently don’t talk to each other and we’ve spent so much time and effort providing documents that we already provided when we opened the loan. We’ve aggressively paid down our loan and haven’t missed a payment. I am unbelievably disappointed in this bank. They have had my title for 3 weeks not telling us they need another file that they already had. DO NOT OPEN A LOAN WITH THIS BANK, OR DON’T work with their newer male banker. They lost out on our mortgage refinance and a HELOC. There is only one nice banker there and her name is Jennifer. She’s the only reason that I am willing to even give one star (other than I have to) everyone else gave us sas and made it “our problem”. We need our title back so that we can pull our money out of this bank AS SOON AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE.

Pretty sure PNC inherited this location from a merger, but I am not 100% positive of that. I have never dealt with anyone here, as only come here for the ATM. Trying to get in of the parking lot is a pain in the butt. They also share it with the restaurant door, which I assume is not convenient for people during the day. I am not found of the cart up for the drive thru / ATM. It was a pain to use when I had a smaller vehicle. A bigger trick is even worse. For whatever reason, PNC likes to make their ATMs very inconvenient and slow to use.

Horrible. Called on18 day in to stop payment. Said payment was "pending" on 19 charged stop payment fee was applied and the money is not available because payment was not stopped! Says pending so manager Amy said nothing can be done. I tried to explain their system has a flaw and she said it's not flawed. Well if you say it's pending but the money's not available it's either withdrawn or not. I can dispute chareges if stop payment doesn't work. So if stop payment doesn't work ya gonna refund the fee? Sheesh. Amy said all banks do this and I told her we have other accounts at banks that don't. Guess wellw have to change auto deposit to our other bank and just use this account as back up.

Started out fine. Got my card information stolen for the first time on a Friday and they quickly deactivated my card. They told me that they would put a new card in the mail (I moved to Columbia for school and there’s no branch here), but didn’t until the following Tuesday. They also failed to mention multiple times that there is a 7-10 day processing fee and my card would not arrive till 10-14 days later. They told us it was put in the mail, which lead us to believe it was like mailing anything, arrive 3-4 days later. I’m in college and my debit card is the only access I have to my money. I have been unable to buy food, gas, notebooks, or fix my car because I have no money. This would have been easily avoided if they had 1) offered to overnight it 2) at least told us I would be without my card for around 2 WEEKS! I don’t have the time to drive an hour and a half with school, certifications programs, and a job to pick up my card. My suggestion? Go with another bank. This has been an absolute nightmare. At least tell me I will be without my money for 2 weeks so I can prepare. But unfortunately they don’t care enough to tell you.

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Charged a fee for not closing my account prior to the upcoming month and no deposit made, when I explained why there was no deposit and if fee could be waived I was told absolutely not. I had three accounts all in good standing, so I took my funds elsewhere. They are snobby and rude and act like they dont care if they earn your business or not.

Super friendly customer service!!! Always quick to greet you as you walk in and service with a smile. Anytime I've had an issue they were quick to resolve the problem!!! I've banked at many places and they by far are my favorite place to bank with!!

The worst bank experience I've ever had. They charged me fees for accounts that I did not want nor ask for they just appeared. Then I get fees for not using said accounts that I did not even know that I had. I cancled all my accounts I've been waiting since March 2nd to receive my money back they say it can take up to 2 more months. I am doubtful that I will ever see that money again.

First time in there to cash a small check. The greeting felt more like a interigation and was told my drivers license was not good enough !! And needed more proof of Id. Never Will I return to that bank again !!
