After driving through the drive through getting home to find both Big Macs with NO MEAT. I called and the “manager” hung up on me.

Ordering on the mobile app worked well, the staff was friendly, and the food was good, but this restaurant is in need of a major overhaul inside. Lots of clutter everywhere, cleaning supplies left out, walls, tables, and cushions all damaged or worn out.

Order wasn't correct, staff pretty chatty with each other, rather than the customers. Cleanliness of the bathroom as well as the restaurant was lacking. Customer service by the crew members as well as management definitely need some work. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Great service, fast friendly. One of my favorite McDonald's around the st Louis area. The night manager's are the best. The lady's make things run smoothly and my order is always hot and correct

I feel like I got over charged for 2 bacon egg McGriddles and 2 hash browns I paid $13 for those 4 items. I’m never going to this McDonald’s again they over charge their customers. Never again.

Lobby opened at 7, but when i tried the door at 7:40. it was still locked. I just needed to use the restroom whole waiting for my order.

Very unprofessional staff and below average food. Drive through staff charged me for a large drink and I received Medium. They didn't give me a straw or the condiments that I requested

March 4 2022 Even with having to pull around and wait to get the food, at least it was still quick and they have to did have the order correct. The little bit hard to understand the people and it seems like a lot of not speaking a lot of English. The prices have gone way up. And its a bit ridiculous ifhash town. Meal w/ drink it's $3 cheaper than just getting the sandwich and hashbrown.

Love the new kiosk system that they have in place. Gets more people in kitchen to make food correctly. The service was best I’ve seen from a McDonald’s and place was very clean. No play place but that was fine with me. FYI, my order was correct also.
