Went today with my son and the person taking my order was rude and frustrated like I was inconveniencing her by coming through drive through. She was worse when I pulled up to pay and get food. Soon as I paid her she closed the window and grabbed her phone. Finished her text then handed me my food. The order was completely wrong. But I wasn’t about to go inside and deal with her. I tried several times to call the store to see if anyone else could help me but no answer. I understand it’s a fast food place… but come on at least be respectful. If she wld have been the slightest bit kind, I wld be so upset over my food being wrong.

The accessibility of this restaurant is terrible, I have been here multiple times to try and pick up orders over the past week or so and seems like everytime you can't go in you have to sit in the drive through line for 20 or 30 minutes; and to top it off when you do check the lobby the doors are locked but there are kids running around inside the lobby so my guess is the workers are using the dining room as a daycare.... I won't even accept orders for this location anymore

We see Taco Bell open, we make a run for the border. We have a craving we pull up. There were only 3 people working today so they had someone fill in from another location. Please be patient. They’re doing their best. Acknowledge the signs of the times. Good help is hard to find. Jillian from Troy was really pleasant and put things in perspective. Bon appetit!

The best Taco Bell experience we’ve had in a long time. The order was made perfectly. The food was fresher than we’ve had in a long time. The portions were right and the drive thru attendant had to have been the most professional person we’ve ever encountered at a Taco Bell. We often order some things with cheese and some things without cheese and our order usually gets messed up but not at this location. Everything was made exactly how we ordered it.

This location used to be pretty good. I went last night, and paid $43 and didnt receive several items from our order. Missing chili cheese burrito, chips & cheese, no sour cream on any of the tacos (paid for supreme). All the tacos had very little beef and dressings. No sauce that we asked for and no napkins. The cashier (Landon) was too busy laughing, telling stories and horsing around with his coworkers to acknowledge us. When the price of fuel, groceries, etc. is skyrocketing, it is infuriating to be further ripped off on things like this. This experience has been commonplace at the Lake St. Louis location, but this one is now performing the same way. It makes me wonder how much profit they are making for "forgetting" items on customer orders. OH... they also are "sold out" on Mexican Pizza's until November! How is that even possible?

We ordered our food at 6:30pm online and paid online. We went to pickup and inside was closed so we had to wait in line for almost a hour. A worker walks up to our window at 7:40 and said they are closing. We told them we have been in line waiting for our food we already paid for. The worker said sorry call 1-800 taco bell. We go home after picking up something else and eating at 8pm and called and no answer. In the morning I called and was on the line for over a hour until they answered and they said sorry about all that and that our money would be refunded in 3 to 5 days. They did not offer us anything for the huge inconvenience. They were closing at 8pm they still had 19 minutes left. We are also vegetarian and have ordered our food online before so they can make it correct. The time before this they messed up our whole order and put meat on everything. This is a horrible location.

25 minutes in the drive thru only to be informed that they could only accept cash... 10 more minutes because now I'm stuck in line. Totally unacceptable. 35 minutes of my day wasted because the dining room is closed, I could've found out instantly upon walking inside... Or they could have a sign... Or somebody walking the line around the building. They offered me a coupon for a free taco on my next visit... There will probably never be another visit to this location, far too many times of being disappointed.

If you want taco bell you have to wait in line for 1 hour before you get to the box to make your order. 3 cars have already left the line behind us, and the line is not moving. Wasting time and gas. The lobby is closed. Had one person say they are not going to order from here again. This is not a fast food restaurant. Spoke to the manager and he blames new hires, and and people that don't want to work, and not enough people to work. Other drive thru are backed up too, but lobby are open. Taco Bell should at least open the lobby. And that would be the managers fault.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Placed an order online even called before the order was placed to make sure that the food we had ordered was going to be able to be ordered.. one of are friends had waited over 45 mins in a drive through for them to close and not even say at a word at the window. As well as direct calls to voicemail and not answer after multiple attempts. Corporate should get a hold of them.. and figure out something.
