Went into the T-Mobile store in Owosso for assistance with transferring my data from my old phone to my new phone. Madison was so helpful and so friendly. The Sprint system was down in the store at the time but her and her co-workers went above and beyond with customer service on the phone to try to complete this task, ultimately they were able to get the system up and running and got me on my way. The three of them were very pleasant and helpful. Madison stated she hadn't been working there very long and I wanted to let her know that I appreciated her kindness and expertise!!!

Well, husbands phone (an LG) kept showing LG ims not working. Husband went in cuz he needs his calls/contacts for work and associate tried to share them to his gmail and completely lost them. Then tried to sell him a new phone. He was told LG is getting out of the cell phone business (true). Other associate didn't care about his issue and was no help at all. Not a very good attitude to have in my opinion. I've always liked going in there bcuz they were always helpful. So not today. Very very disappointed. BTW I have an LG phone and it's fine.

I am a huge fan of T-Mobile now because you got blazing fast speeds in the world of course and I love those big giant speeds especially when extremes speed of 640Mbps and the T-Mobile home internet the turbo blazing fast internet in the world

I recommend this provider because of the T-Mobile home internet fast and furious Wi-Fi ever and because it's got beautiful download speeds and upload speeds too also I can upload videos more quicker and then using when I found out these speeds are turbo fast I end up watching the videos on YouTube player that's how I found out T-Mobile home area is totally awesome!

To The 2 guys working on 4/1/22. The one guy Trenton I believe his name was did a good job. The other guy was just rude!! He must have been to distracted hitting on the YOUNG woman in there to remember customer service or just plan respect.. just saying! I will never be coming to this store again!!

I normally don't post reviews but I am so annoyed with the 3 employees who are working right now (12-1721) at 5:45 pm that I have to... I walked in the store and two women working there were behind the counter and the male employee facing them talking. I walk in the store first time "we'll be right with you," he says. "Alrighty!" I said. 5 minutes...10....20...22 minutes later (I AM LITERALLY THEIR ONLY CUSTOMER, MIMD YOU) NO SERVICE. They watched me look around and kept on talking!! So I finally walked out disappointed. I must say that I could hear them talking and it was nothing even dealing with their work. So, I just had to post a review and say....THERES IS A REASON WHY THAT STORE IS USUALLY EMPTY.

I don't feel comfortable or welcome with Dominique or Tracy there. They both get frustrated too easily and I've definitely seen better attitudes. I would expect this from a Verizon or a AT&T store rep but not from T-Mobile of all wireless carriers. I was so excited when a T-Mobile store came to this town and now that excitement is RUINED

First experience at T Mobile (former Sprint user) and Tracy S made it actually enjoyable. Extremely professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and patient. She went above and beyond expectations I typically have when walking into a phone store. Not only did she figure out how to lower my bill and increase the service but also has assisted my wife with her new phone for the third day in a row. Highly recommend visiting Tracy S for your T Mobile phone services.

I was very distraught with an issue I had with my phone and the two ladies there did whatever they could to help me find a solution. I was at the store for about 3 hours and Tracy (I believe is her name), was super professional, kind, and understanding throughout the whole situation.
