Best cell phone store in Owosso, Michigan (MI) 2024

Went into the T-Mobile store in Owosso for assistance with transferring my data from my old phone to my new phone. Madison was so helpful and so friendly. The Sprint system was down in the store at the time but her and her co-workers went above and beyond with customer service on the phone to try to complete this task, ultimately they were able to get the system up and running and got me on my way. The three of them were very pleasant and helpful. Madison stated she hadn't been working there very long and I wanted to let her know that I appreciated her kindness and expertise!!! ~Kelly
