I bought AirPod pros. I took them to the pawn shop so I can get some money. They tell me. The numbers they have to put in will not register in their system. This is the 2nd time t mobile did this. I will be sueing T-Mobile. Y’all will not get a penny from me. Worst company ever. I’ve had them all and t mobile is by far the worst phone company ever and so over priced. How am I paying on phone that should have been paid off. Nothing but liars and overpriced everything. If I could give a negative rating I would. Do not buy t mobile. You’re better off buying your products somewhere else.

Needed to upgrade my phone. Quick friendly service. My replacement is ordered and will arrive soon. They moved down 2 buildings down from where they were before. Highly recommend.

This store on Baldwin has always been helpful to me. I don't know what I'm doing most of the time, but they are very good at answering my questions and solving my problem and being respectful.

I agree they dont speak in this store they only stare at you as if you were interrupting their conversation..Worst customer service, Worst Tmobile I have been to I think because they are a coorporate store they think we need them and not the other way around..You wouldn't be working if it was not for your loyal customers. They are all trash.

I'm reviewing the 3917 Baldwin store, some reviews are for other stores or management prior to the merger. The manager Kiana Edwards and Aaron helped resolve a difficult problem of transferring my Vonage number to my cell phone. Aaron resolved my Internet connection problem. Three other staff members helped me resolve mechanical problems. I can't say this for other locations or other competitors that had terrible service. I recommend this location. The manager is FIRST CLASS.

Very Friendly and Knowledgeable customer sevice. They work with you until you the customer are totally satisfied. They Know they're stuff about Cellular communication and the latest Equipment. I been with Sprint for 18yr . From Nextel to Sprint Nextel now Sprint /T- Mobile !!!!

So I walked in the store they just looked at me and didn’t greet me. Never said they will be with me in a minute nothing. I waited 15 minutes no one still said anything. So I set down to write this review right in the store. They need better customer service do not go to this store. It’s been 25 mins now no response.

Although they are unable to help us due to some mechanical issues with our phone the staff here is really friendly and helpful especially because we were the rude people that walked in 15 minutes before closing and they still helped us and showed courtesy and a positive attitude.
