I am new to T-Mobile as a longtime sprint customer, my new experience here was made very pleasant by the super knowledgeable and enthusiastic Nivéda (I think I am butchering the spelling apologies about that). She was very helpful, and really knows a lot about the products/technology. I will make this my primary cell store, thanks to Nivéda. Your business is only as good as your employees, thanks again for the superior customer service.

We went to this store to get help with installing the SIM cards on our phones. Carl, the manager of the store, was so patient, friendly, and kind. We are senior citizens, and did not grow up understanding technology. We truly appreciate his help, and we will feel very comfortable when we have to return in the future.

Went in yesterday to buy a couple Samsung watches, wound up paying an activation fee then changed our minds and cancelled the order. Everyone in the store was really nice but told us we would have to call 611 to cancel the watch lines and get our activation fee refunded. Called 611, cancelled the lines and they told us to call the store to get the refund. Called the store and they told us to wait until the managers Alex or Carl were in. Ok, no worries. Called Carl today and asked for the refund to which he replied "can't do it since your lines are cancelled, I have no way of seeing the transaction." To which I replied, "ok so we're just out $35? Can you please train your employees on this so they know for the future?" And HE HUNG UP ON ME. So I called back and Alex answered but at this point I was so frustrated I literally just said "I think your other manager just hung up on me and that's ridiculous, have a good day." We will never be returning to that store, have had horrible experiences in the past too. Calling corporate for sure, not so much about the $ but the trash customer service. Update: called back and asked for Carl so I could tell him I wasn't trying to be rude, just wanted to make sure people in the future didn't have this issue and Alex said "he's not available to talk to you and said there's nothing more he can do".... thank God corporate was helpful because wowwww.

Wished you could do 6 stars. My son and I began a journey last night of car camping around the country and needed an effective way to have unlimited data and hot spot service. Brennon and Eli were amazing+ (that's more than amazing) to my son Parker and I. We moved two phones over from Google Fi and we are now getting more data than ever before for half of the price AND free Netflix. Their service, caring and attention to detail made us feel welcomed, important and we'll served. Highly recommended.

My dad and I came into the store with my grandparents to help them change their plan. The two employees, Aaron and Lucious, gave us the best experience. They are experts with the best customer service, knowledge, and patients I’ve ever experienced. 10/10 recommend this T-mobile store.

Frankly, their customer service is amazing. They're helpful, they're friendly, and they will try to get you the best deal possible and not just the best deal for T-Mobile - I mean, they literally saved me hundreds with a simple suggestion about something I didn't even know existed. I've gone in here for phone problems, upgrades, transfer of old phone stuff to new phone, and each and every time have left impressed with the staff.

In August, I transferred my parents from Verizon to my T-Mobile account and they got new iPhones. At the time I thought everything went as well as it could have, until just recently. My mom's iPhone prompted her to verify her trusted phone number listed for her Apple ID, which did not match her actual phone number. My dad's phone / Apple ID has the same issue. The T-Mobile rep who sold us the phones and ported their numbers over from Verizon forgot to change the temporary numbers used for activation to their actual numbers after the port over was complete. In addition, they did not tell us we needed to do this. Had we been instructed to do this, we would have done it immediately at the store. Now, those temporary T-Mobile numbers that were used to port over my parents numbers have been issued to actual T-Mobile customers. It's been a huge pain in my butt to try to get the once temporary phone numbers removed from their phones and their actual numbers listed as the trusted phone numbers. Such a simple task that should be part of the T-Mobile Rep's new customer activation checklist is now causing a huge headache for me.

My whole family went in to get new phones and switch from Sprint. Brennon, Lucius and Aaron were there to help us out. We had some issues switching (out of their control) and they did everything they could to make the situation right. They were very knowledgeable and never let a customer wait. Great at multitasking. I have been to several different cell phone stores and was extremely happy with the service given. Brennon was our main rep and did a great job. What I really appreciated was that he asked others for help with questions instead I making up an answer. Overall our experience was great...
