Yikes! Went back to buy a new phone because of stellar service the first time. Nobody came out even with the door chime. Opened/closed the door again to chime. Waited. A kid came out, looked, turned around, went back. Waited some more. Same kid came out and bruskly asked what I wanted. I left. I'll give you back some stars if you tell me when I can have an adult help me.

My wife and I went to this location to switch to Verizon from another carrier. We were told with the plan we were selecting that our monthly payment would be almost the same as what we were currently paying, but we wanted to be with Verizon because the coverage was better. Come to find out the person helping us botched something and quoted our plan with a discount or promotion we weren’t eligible for and now we’re stuck paying substantially more than we were with our last carrier. Customer service is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Wish I would’ve just stuck with my last carrier, never had to call them month after month to dispute my bill. Lesson learned.

The staff was wonderful regarding my trouble. They listened & took great care & resolved the issue. Brandon was so thoughtful & calming. I really appreciated it. We went in for one thing & ended up upgrading our plan & phone. Totally recommend this store.

I wish Google would add a Zero stars option for businesses like this. It was the worst customer service experience I’ve had outside of health insurance. They repeatedly lied and said they shipped my phone for trade-in back to Verizon but they did not do it until Verizon corporate called themselves (three weeks later) to ask for a tracking number. They still could not provide a FedEx tracking number to Verizon. They also did not submit my trade in correctly so I received no credit for the trade-in phone. They lied and said they didn’t know what promotion code to use it when I asked them to correct it. The salesman here will lie directly to your face and tell you they are working on fixing things and do nothing for weeks. They will also tell you the manager is unavailable to contact to help resolve issues and that they do not know when the manager will even be in to the office. Go anywhere else but here!

Steven was a huge help both times I visited the store in the past month. The first time was when I accidentally did a factory reset on my phone and had difficulty recovering contacts. Steven was very patient and helped me out, we then discussed me coming back and getting an upgrade. I went back to this particular store hoping Steven was working which he was. I am super pleased with his service and with Jeff too. Jeff was super friendly and helpful as well.

My in-laws were in desperate need of a phone upgrade from the iPhone 6’s they had. Alyssa was great to work with. She was very patient with all of us and worked hard to make sure we got the best program we could. I would highly recommend her and the team there. They are great to work with!

Was in today with my grandfather because he was interested in getting the new iPhone. We were greeted by Keshan as soon as we walked in and he was completely honest with us and helped us with everything. He was very knowledgeable and fast. We were in and out with a new phone in less than 30 minutes. My entire family including myself get our phones from here and nothing but good experiences every time! Highly recommended!
