I took some time to think about my experience with Kay Jewelers. Overall, the associates almost always treated me with respect. On the off day, I was told that they couldn't check on something for us because they were "busy with actual customers". After talking to the Assistant Manager, Josh, the conflict was resolved. Josh's customer service was 100% the reason I did not cancel my order through the whole ordeal. He is a superstar. The manager, Dani, told us our ring would be in mid-December, but we didn't get it until last week, 9 weeks late. It was excuse after excuse. If she would have told us it would be 10 weeks it would have been fine but she continuously told us "a few days". When I called her out on it, she denied saying anything about it being in on an earlier date. The store is very bad at answering the phone. It usually takes about 25-30 calls to actually get through to someone ( I know that sounds crazy but I don't have the time to drive 3 hours to go to the store to talk to somebody). Also, if they tell you that they will call you back, DO NOT TRUST THEM. I NEVER received a call back the entire 2 months. We were given the wrong ring, that was damaged in January, but we have the correct ring now and we love it. (photos are of damaged ring) ~Katelyn

I needed an item for a project i am doing, and the website indicated JoAnns had 6 in stock. Upon arriving at the store there were none on the shelf. However, Sharon and Alisha double checked inventory and found the item I was looking for. They were pleasant and friendly the entire time. Wonderful experience! ~Lynne
Concentra Urgent Care
I believe this place has a lot of potential. However one of my biggest issues was for one, the wait time was very long and 2 the staff at the desk were pretty unprofessional. I got there at 12:30pm and didn’t leave until nearly 3pm. I was only there for a quick Med certificate. However my Nurse is what made me rate decently. She was very kind and very informational. Preformed her part of the job efficiently and professionally. Which is more then I can say for the rest of the staff. I wish I remembered her name. Shes very soft spoken but shes made my frustrations after a long wait time much better. Honestly the only good thing about the place. Would not return. ~Brittany

Ordered from doordash. Called to explain that there was no signature cream cheese frosting on my cinnamon rolls. Kid says I know every order that I've done was done right. I think you missed one buddy. Told me I had to go through doordash to fix it. Wasn't their mistake it was yours ~Alicia

What a great experience at the Novi location. We live an hour away, spoke with an associate on the phone to confirm what they had. Was greeted by Erin with a big smile and gave me a hand in fitting my family with skis . The whole team interacted with my kids and truly made it a fun experience . Verizon Authorized Retailer - Russell Cellular
My wife and I went to this location to switch to Verizon from another carrier. We were told with the plan we were selecting that our monthly payment would be almost the same as what we were currently paying, but we wanted to be with Verizon because the coverage was better. Come to find out the person helping us botched something and quoted our plan with a discount or promotion we weren’t eligible for and now we’re stuck paying substantially more than we were with our last carrier. Customer service is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Wish I would’ve just stuck with my last carrier, never had to call them month after month to dispute my bill. Lesson learned. ~Stan

Rob St. Charles Gave me excellent personal service, he was very friendly and answered all my questions!! I am thankful for customer representatives like Rob, they are credit to their department. Guys like Rob are the reason that I would come back to AT&T for future products and services because he was able to be helpful and very kind in the experience that I had. ~Chris
Verizon
Store managers (Vanessa K. and manager who worked at the store in PM, 12/11/2021) need to be disciplined and trained for not knowing what they are doing and how to serve customers. I traded in my phone for a credit at this store. They gave me a shipping package and label with a wrong address, and ended up losing my phone. After multiple phone calls and store visits over a month period, I finally got the credit. But the process was painful … False promises, mistreatment and difficult communication. There was no apology for their mistakes, and how they treated me as I was expressing my frustration. Vanessa didn’t hesitate to say she would have no problem calling police if don’t leave the store because I was demanding her apology. This store doesn’t even have a phone # for direct communication with the employees there. I cannot believe that Verizon allows this kind of business practices at their stores. Even more sad thing is that there is no corporate contact to file customer complaints. Store gave me a list of phone #s. But all of them led me to the same recorded menu. ~soon
