Worst customer service ever. Went in because my only-1-year-old iPhone 12 has a broken camera and flashlight with no visible physical damage. The employee put the wrong time, date and location in for the repair and long story short, they don’t even have the parts to fix it. My phone is still covered under warranty but now I have to go another month with a non-functioning camera. Also, my mom didn’t get her full credit for her trade in and the store employee once again couldn’t help and had us talk on the phone with Verizon customer care instead. When we talked to Verizon customer care, they told us that the phone came in damaged. The phone wasn’t damaged when we turned the phone in and we have proof. This store is completely useless and didn’t help us one bit. 5 months after my mom purchased her phone, she still doesn’t have her trade-in put back on her bill. Don’t go to this store. Even the store manager is rude.

Went to store at 7:03 pm and I was told that they don't take walk in and no appointments were available until the 2nd. I mentioned that I had a return to Verizon offer that was only good until the 30th. He just said it's only two of us and moved on to the next customer. @Verizon certainly can't get return customers with poor customer service

Saturday I went in to upgrade my phone. The store was empty, but the guy taking names said it was a 90 minute wait. We said okay we will wait outside and then come back in about 60 minutes from now. The guy said I can’t let you do that you have to stay in the store the whole time or be taken off the list. Really? During a pandemic you need me to wait in a closed building with you? I am a 20 year customer just ready to go elsewhere because be treated this way is very upsetting.

Mediocre service at best. Jillian offered no assistance, instead she just said she couldn't help and walked away. As a Verizon customer for more than 10 years, you would assume better service. I'll walk across the street and see what your competition has to offer. A truly dissapointing experience.

Jason came up to me and had me sit at a table to help sort out multiple problems that many other Verizon employees failed to resolve other the last 3 years!!! I feel so lucky that so many issues were detected, resolved and explained to me. This employee should be valued and used to train people who need to know and need to communicate info in Verizon stores. Thank u for hiring him!I just happened to come to this store and got more than I expected- info, shortcuts, defaults implemented and trial run thru to make sure I got it! Pls take note! Karen Myerson

Ron is a manager here (working 4/27/22 7:30pm) who treats customers terribly. I waited in line to ask a single question with a tired baby squirming and squealing. Ron would not let me speak but told me to sit down, I was fourth in line. At 8:02 Ron told me he could not help me without my license. I was holding my baby and forgot it in my car. I have my account pin, social security number, picture of my license, whatever else. Because it was 2 minutes after 8 he wouldn’t help me at all. He told me I could not go outside to get my ID (3 feet from the door) for “security reasons.” He then continued to mouth off to me and be rude. I’m a tired mother and I absolutely did not deserve to be treated that way ever. It speaks volumes that this store employs him and thinks he is manager material. He certainly doesn’t treat anyone with “honesty, respect, and professionalism” as Verizon claims to do. Save your time writing a response to me, Verizon. Instead, recognize this issue and make some serious changes. This sort of treatment is unacceptable.

Janette went above and beyond helping us with our new updated phones. She answered every question we had before we asked. She was amazing, knowledgeable and truly professional. Make sure to ask for her but I'm sure her team is qualified as well!

Absolutely love this Verizon store and the customer service rep named Chris was on top of his game he was awesome thank you Chris great job! I came in looking to sync my phone and perhaps purchase a tablet he was awesome thank you. LOL even though we couldn't hardly remember our passcode or secret question

I am so irritated with Verizon. The salesperson (Christian is his name at the TwelveOaks store) scammed me into upgrading my phone instead of turning it in to insurance. I would have had a brand new phone but now I’m stuck paying over $1,000 for a phone I didn’t need. He said I would hardly notice it on my bill….not true! My bill is now almost $50 more! I’ve been a loyal customer for more than 20 years and Verizon is not interested in making it right. I was in a bad place that day and needed my phone replaced right away. I feel I was taken advantage of. Goodbye Verizon! This loyal customer is switching carriers!!

Store managers (Vanessa K. and manager who worked at the store in PM, 12/11/2021) need to be disciplined and trained for not knowing what they are doing and how to serve customers. I traded in my phone for a credit at this store. They gave me a shipping package and label with a wrong address, and ended up losing my phone. After multiple phone calls and store visits over a month period, I finally got the credit. But the process was painful … False promises, mistreatment and difficult communication. There was no apology for their mistakes, and how they treated me as I was expressing my frustration. Vanessa didn’t hesitate to say she would have no problem calling police if don’t leave the store because I was demanding her apology. This store doesn’t even have a phone # for direct communication with the employees there. I cannot believe that Verizon allows this kind of business practices at their stores. Even more sad thing is that there is no corporate contact to file customer complaints. Store gave me a list of phone #s. But all of them led me to the same recorded menu.
