If I could give more than five stars I would!! from the moment I walked in, Zeke greeted us, and answered all the questions which made us go back a second time even though it’s a farther location. He’s someone I would hire if I had my own business! Very professional, helpful and sweet!!

I know this place has a terrible reputation but what is so interesting is that they deserve it. Please go anywhere else, I suppose if you must travel to a place in walking distance it may make sense to visit this authorized retailer.

Zero Stars. Absolutely Terrible service. Employees dont know what they are doing, Lie, Steal, and result in hundreds of dollars of additional charges. I should have walked out immediately. The only option is to deal with customer care. I have had only issues, and have already spent 50+ hours of my time trying just to have phone service. I was told a HAD to receive a dummy phone number to port my phone number to verizon. I was then charged an additional $83 for this service. Like thank you for switching to verizon, we can charge you full price for everything, an additional $83, and also an additional $10+ per month in administrative fees that we wont tell anyone about. also we will lie about the trade in credit, say you will get $800 off and actually you get nothing. Also no refund, no switching back, and no credits after 50 hours of speaking to representatives. Literally go anywhere else.

I had such a wonderful experience going to this Verizon today! I went in for an issue and honestly was upset with my phone, but the men there completely changed my day around! George and Matt were so friendly and knowledgeable; its a bit of a drive from my house but I will go to this location just because of the amazing service!

Jessica is probably the best bartender my boyfriend and I’ve had in a while! I mean a WHILE! Gave us great and exceptionally fast service. The kitchen did a fantastic job on our food. She’s here Sunday’s Monday’s and Tuesday’s during the day. We will be back!!

Joe did an excellent job helping me, as well as representing the store favorably. I'd needed a new phone, and to update my calling plan for a long time. My old phone finally gave up. I took a fair amount of Joe's time as he helped me work through the plans and devices. Christian and the other employees also seemed to do their best to provide great, professional service. What might have easily been a stressful situation was made as painless as possible by Joe and crew. Recommended

George was a great customer service rep. I came in regarding getting a flip phone for my ancient dad, but he came up with a solution on Dad's (semi) smartphone we already have that might help him be better able to understand how to use it. He changed various settings so that everything would be as easy as possible. I hope it works out. If not, I will be back to get the flip phone. It's certainly worth a try. George knows that even though he didn't sell me something today, I have 5 lines on my contract and will be back.
