**EDIT*** Much better, they have staff. Prescriptions are ready same day or within reasonable time frames. They have always been a bit on the rude side but as of lately I cannot even get my prescriptions filled without a 6 plus day wait, their regular medication refills. When I call either it goes unanswered or I get put on perpetual hold- no one answers, eventually it will pick up and hang up.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. They are by far the worst most incompetent pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I went in yesterday to fill a script for a mouth infection so as you can tell that is kinda urgent. The lady working was very nice and told me they’re short staffed (because I asked why the drive up has been closed) but my script would be ready today at 5. I didn’t want to drive around anymore that day after being a the dentist so I decided to come the next day and go pick it up. When I walked in the man not only didn’t say hello when I did but he immediately brushed me off and said it’s not ready would you like to wait. I said it was supposed to be ready yesterday at 5 can you tell me why it’s not? (As I need it for the infection) he proceeded to say again would you like to wait to which my response was no thanks and I walked away. I will be going to get it later but with these gas prices what makes you think I want to drive to the pharmacy multiple times a day. They honestly either need to retrain those who don’t know what they’re doing or shut this pharmacy down all together as this hasn’t been the only horrible encounter I have had with them. I usually don’t like to chew other out like this but I really felt I needed to get this off my chest. I will also be switching pharmacy’s as soon as I can or if I can. I was using cvs but had to switch due to insurance. I Do not recommend coming to this pharmacy so many that will do even a small percent better than them.

This pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever had to work with. I work at a doctors office and this is the worst pharmacy, customer service is terrible, they will not answer any phone call whether your a patient or from a doctors office. They’re rude when they do pick up and don’t care if you’ve been trying to reach them for over an hour. Our patients have constantly complained about them and their lack of efficiency. How can patients get their meds before they run out when Kroger is over 10 days out on all medications.

I wish I could give zero stars. I often go to pick up meds for my mom. They are never ready when promised. Even after getting the text alert that they are ready, they aren't ready when you get there. Often it takes days to get them filled. Not sure who can wait days to get a refill on top of that the Staff is rude.

Never transferred Rx in a week; offered excuses and asked for two more weeks. I will leave this: advice for the business. Shutdown your Rx ops at this location; there are many other Rx’s around who won’t play with prescriber or patient’s time and care. No one will miss your disservice. Shut it down.

I have only had two prescriptions filled here and both times they were not ready 24 hours after the time they said they would be ready. They had an extra 24 hours and still couldn’t get it done and didn’t notify me that it would be late. I even tried calling the 2nd time to confirm it was done but no one answered.

Called the pharmacy phone to check my order status and it said it was ready for pick up. The next day I went in and they informed me that my prescription (which was sent 2 days ago) is not ready and they are SIX DAYS behind. Do yourself a favor and don't send your prescriptions here.

Natalie and Mahsa are extremely incompetent and beyond rude. Absolutely horrible customer service here. Would recommend going to any other pharmacy if you are able.

I stopped by while getting some groceries to simply ask if I could get my prescription filled. The pharmacist looks at it and exclaims; "you guys are fiends, I can't keep that in stock & I'm not going to get any more until next week." I went there expecting to have to wait, that is typical of my medication. I asked if I could leave it and have it filled when available and I was told no. If I was being rude or giving an attitude about it being out of stock I could understand a comment like that. That was completely uncalled for and it honestly really hurt my feelings. You made me feel like I was doing something wrong by getting the medication prescribed to me. This Kroger and its other employees are great and I will still do my grocery shopping here. But that is the first and last time I will try to use the pharmacy.

This pharmacy is awful. They will tell you dates your prescription is ready and then not have it. Then they will expect you to wait an additional week. I have had nothing but problems with them. They think they are doctors and try to tell not only myself but other family members what medication they should be on. Funny how a pharmacist can determine that when someone like myself who has been on the same medication for over 20 years and never had any problems. Nor had any problems with a pharmacy until now. They are unprofessional and completely inconsiderate of customers. I will never return to this pharmacy.
