Came in for network issues. Called customer support multiple times with no resolution. Finally went in to this TMobile store and within 2 minutes Preston resolved the issue and was amazingly helpful. Give him a raise immediately. Thanks to Preston for getting my phone back on the network and back into the 21st century. I highly recommend going in to this store and make sure you ask for Preston, he was awesome. ~Christopher

This place is admittedly a bit eerie today. The only place open now is the Alamo Drafthouse two flights down. As you go down the escalator you are struck by the emptiness of the building. You can see shops through the glass, which are under construction, but it feels abandoned. Once things move in, I'm sure the place and the above-ground park will seem very lively. ~Nick

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. They are by far the worst most incompetent pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I went in yesterday to fill a script for a mouth infection so as you can tell that is kinda urgent. The lady working was very nice and told me they’re short staffed (because I asked why the drive up has been closed) but my script would be ready today at 5. I didn’t want to drive around anymore that day after being a the dentist so I decided to come the next day and go pick it up. When I walked in the man not only didn’t say hello when I did but he immediately brushed me off and said it’s not ready would you like to wait. I said it was supposed to be ready yesterday at 5 can you tell me why it’s not? (As I need it for the infection) he proceeded to say again would you like to wait to which my response was no thanks and I walked away. I will be going to get it later but with these gas prices what makes you think I want to drive to the pharmacy multiple times a day. They honestly either need to retrain those who don’t know what they’re doing or shut this pharmacy down all together as this hasn’t been the only horrible encounter I have had with them. I usually don’t like to chew other out like this but I really felt I needed to get this off my chest. I will also be switching pharmacy’s as soon as I can or if I can. I was using cvs but had to switch due to insurance. I Do not recommend coming to this pharmacy so many that will do even a small percent better than them. ~Rachel

Something you've to know is to check prices in the Walmart app because personally we found out that online prices are lesser than stores for few items just randomly. They're ways good for what they have...just be careful with dates and perishables. ...I hope they get a new refrigerator soon. Nevertheless. Staff is topnotch. And their Specially Selected items are just mouthwatering excellent all across the board... Chase bank is stealing money from account holders. Double charging accounts, having pending charges removed then coming back. Forcing accounts negative. Watch your money. The branches will not help you. They will try to justify it. Chase is taking your money. Branch manager Rony Gappy was no help. Was condescending. Refused to provide documentation for my visit. Great neighborhood gem. My family and I come here often. The food is always tasty and the service is always friendly. The patio holds a decent amount of people but is still spacious. The string lights and ppen fireplace make for great ambiance. We love how close to home it is too! ~Bianca
