The sales person flat out lied to us when we inquired about changing to AT&T. The first bill was 3 times the amount we were told. I took the bill in and was assured that the billing would catch up and we would receive a credit the following month. The next month the bill was double what we were told with no credit applied. I took the bill in and was told I needed to call 611 because they can't issue credits from the store. I spent all afternoon on the phone with the person at 611. Come to find out, I was lied to about the monthly price, was lied to about the discounts we were supposed to get and were being charged for 4 phones when we only have 2. Not to mention several hidden monthly fees that we were never told about or signed up for. My recommendation is to stay as far away from this place as possible.

Employee Darren absolutely was amazing in helping me with my new phone and teaching me so many tips and shortcuts, I swear to God my life has been better/easier since, GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!

I got 2 phones from them one was put in reserve and I had to go all the way to Saginaw to get it fixed and on top of that had to pay double for another activation fee I would recommend going to Saginaw Instead

A simple task of adding my daughter and son-in-law to my existing plan turned into a nightmare! The staff needs to be better trained and informed, especially when changing service plans without contacting me. 2 weeks later and more than 6 hours on the phone with AT&T, my plan is back where it was! They messed up my discount I was getting $25 off per month on my DIRECTV bill and now that’s gone because of incompetence at the store! And they can’t roll the discount back because the program is over! Beware!

My husband and I went in to switch phone service over to AT&T and Sam was very helpful! She discussed our options with us and in a very timely manor, had us all set up and ready to walk out the door with our new phones/service. She was very polite and understanding (as we had our 4 young children with us at the time). She made sure we had all questions answered before we left! We were very satisfied and are looking forward to being a part of AT&T.

William did a fantastic job. I wanted to leave pure talk and come over to at&t. William spent all day making sure that happened. He never gave up even though pure talk was not helpful. I will recommend this store to everyone 😀

Customer Service was awful, sales rep Samantha. Corporate told me BadAxe location could assist when with my trade in. After driving 40 minutes to the location Noone greeted, acknowledged or offered a friendly hint of service. My 2 year old and I waited patiently as the service Reps waited on others. After 15 minutes of not being acknowledged a young man told me it was my turn. Upon asking some questions another employee butted in and began being very rude and belligerent. I could not believe the tone this lady who supposedly ran the store had. She stood up and tried to intimidate me waving her fingers all around and screaming for me to leave because I told her I drove 40 minutes and would appreciate some help. She was arrogant and I told her how rude sge was being she asked me to leave. Screaming get out of my store.My 2 year old was terrified and crying and keeps asking why we had to see that mean lady.

I took my Mother in Law to get a new phone. While there 3 other patrons were doing the same. We were in and out with a new phone (all data transferred from old phone) in 20 minutes. All thanks to Samantha. She not only provided excellent customer service but all with a smile. 😊
