I was turned away 40 minutes prior to closing for a haircut. If they are going to extend their business hours to closing being at 7 pm and then not doing a simple mens buzz cut in that amount of time prior to closing, it is not appropriate. It would also have been another thing to post that notice on their website of the last time slot in which they are taking clients. I would have not traveled the 30 minutes to visiting this location if I had known this. This was a waste of time and fuel expense for nothing. Very disappointed.

I had an appointment made on a Tuesday for 2:00 pm. I got there right on time and while waiting they took 2 people in front of me. Finally at 2:30 i left. I asked about my appointment and they apologized.
