I came to the store urgently having to replace my old phone with a new one in an emergency. I had explained that I had been on the phone with a representative for two hours trying to pay for a new phone, but ran into issues with the two step verification since my old phone wasn't working. I was helped quickly, but ran into a couple situations. I had shown a receipt of everything I wanted (full upfront payment). When the store rep pulled up my total he had put me on 36 month payment plan without asking. I cleared the air and it was addressed quickly but took up more time than I needed. When he brought the new Pixel, he allowed me to open my new phone box saying the there's a lot of money spent on the unboxing experience. Then he took the phone afterwards and was trying to "help me" set up my new phone even though I mentioned I've had a Pixel for years. When we ran into issues with the two step verification during the set up, he said we had to wait for his manager to help. Without asking ANYTHHING he just started to put the screen protector on and my phone case. It was just the strangest thing. I felt he was enjoying setting up a new phone experience vs. allowing me to go through it with him. Then he told me to hook him up with the customer survey afterwards. Personally, I wouldn't say something like that to a customer unless I was 1000% sure that the customer was overly happy with the service and help they received... I wasn't, so it came off as unprofessional. I can't find the link to the survey, but I really do think he needs this feedback so future customers feel like they have a say in what's happening.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE HERE!!! Julius is awesome and I am so happy we decided to come here. We ordered 3 brand new phones and accounts with them. PROS -Outstanding customer service with Julius! He is so friendly, patient, professional, knowledgeable, helped us with everything we needed and extremely competent. -Our order took awhile but it was worth it because we also opened a new line for my mom & upgraded her phone. -Everyone at this location is friendly and helpful. -EXCELLENT trade in deals -we got free Hulu, Disney & ESPN with our accounts -WE RECEIVED OUR NEW PHONES THE NEXT DAY!!!!!!!!!! -EXCELLENT customer service when calling in with any issues or problems. They follow up with you and follow through. Verizon is and will always be the best phone company. They have the BEST customer service when you have an issue or need tech support.

This store makes everything harder. First, I waited for a rep even though at least two staff were on their phones not paying attention to customers. All I needed was a SIM card for my new phone. When a rep finally came to help, she couldn't explain why my old SIM card didn't work in my new phone even though they're the same size. She also couldn't simply provide one to me even after I gave her my telephone number and followed the tedious steps for her to gain access to my account (Verizon, am I really going to hold everyone up while I read the terms of service on the risks of your own staff accessing my account? Maybe screen them better instead of holding me responsible for their failures!). When I've needed a new SIM card from AT&T in the past (several times with a corporate account at work), it was as easy as providing the telephone number to the account. They scanned it to associate it with the line and I was on my way. Verizon and this store make everything harder!
