Incompetent manager. He’s telling me I couldn’t import a number for a prepaid account and I had to do it myself by calling in lol what he doesn’t realize is I worked for T-Mobile for six years and I don’t know how he made it to be a manager lol I just said OK I’ll go to a different store & left and the Latina who is working there is rude and just as incompetent. I don’t know what happened to T-Mobile’s customer service but they are hiring very incompetent people Update: well what do you know. I went to another location and the account was set up and the number was transferred before I left the store and without me calling me lol. Calling him incompetent is an understatement it doesn’t do the customers any benefits it doesn’t do T-Mobile‘s reputation any benefit to hire clueless incompetent staff who don’t know the system or they’re just too lazy to learn their jobs.

I thought a main purpose of a T Mobile storefront was to give customers the opportunity to look at new phones to upgrade. I went today because I desperately need a new phone and was interested in the Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra and the Google Pixel 6 pro, two of the most popular phones marketed right now. The store had neither on display. I tried to look at another Pixel 6 model but it is attached to the wall at about waist height. How am I supposed to look at that? Next stop: Best Buy!

I have wanted to switch away from AT&T for a while now, and since T-Mobile keep sending me flyers for the over-50 deals I went to my local store. Vanessa talked me through the plan options and helped me switch from 3 lines with AT&T to 4 lines with T-Mobile for the same amount of money. Vanessa was very helpful and by the time I left the store my numbers were already transferred to T-Mobile

I had a great experience when I went to T-Mobile yesterday. I had a SIM card issue. I spoke to Vanessa she explained the potential problem then swapped out my SIM card. She was very professional, courteous, patient, and friendly! I asked her about the Galaxy S22 5G Ultra she knew everything about the product. I'm going back to Vanessa to purchase that phone and make sure she gets the commission. Great employee great customer service skills! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was the best experience I ever had to get a phone Vanessa was very helpful and knowledgeable about phones and plans if it wasn’t for metro she would of had me out that store in less than 15 to 20 minutes I suggest anybody going to this store ask for VANESSA THANK YOU SO MUCH I ENJOY MY IPHONE SE

The staff was rude, particularly Liz. The store opened 1.5 hours late. Having previously switched from AT&T and being assured from T-Mobile that all I needed to do was arrive at a store to activate my number, this store charged me for the SIM card and said "If I don't like it, I can be sent a SIM card for free in 7-10 days." Super-helpful when I don't have an activated phone in the meantime. Felt like extortion.

Horrible scamming place. DO NOT GO TO THIS T-MOBILE LOCATION. Drive to the Emeryville or any other location. Beware of them offering some DIGT talk and text service, which means they add a new line to your account without clearly explaining that there's a $20 set-up (Assisted Support) to set it up, then when asked why there's a $20 fee, sales rep just states it's part of the upgrade transfer process, because I went in to upgrade my son's phone with an existing T-Mobile plan/number. Also, come to find out there would have been a $10 per month charge. Luckily, I was notified via text re: added line to my account and then called to cancel it. I just need to go back to get the $20 credit at the store - ugh.

Sales associate lied to me about not being able to pay for a new phone upfront without financing. The only reason why they are lying to customers about that is because if you pay for your phone upfront, they won't get commission. Also if you finance any phone you will pay an upgrade fee of $20 or more depending on the carrier. Don't let these people convince you otherwise. I've contacted T-Mobile customer service phone number and asked them why they're salesmen are lying to customers. Consumers beware!
