On 8/6/2022 I was assisted by AT&T employee Shmeek at the Oakland, CA AT&T store on Lakeshore. Shmeek opened a new account for me and set up an iPhone for my elderly mother. He was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He also has a lovely personality. I’m so grateful for his help because it was important that I get this phone activated as soon as possible. AT&T is very fortunate to have such a wonderful employee.

Theirry customer service is outstanding !!! & so is the gentleman that helped me out last week I forgot his name but thank you guys for helping me receive my new phone setting it up for me (: I love this store location it’s in a nice area .

Kevin at 3333 Lakeshore in Oakland Ca.was wonderful. My boss needed a iPhone and a iPad he walked down the list, I brought of phones and iPads my boss would except. And we were done before you know it. He really needs a raise for his patience. Thank you AT&T for such a professional person to work with.

Not much help here if you need services. I'm sure they will have no problem selling you a device. They'll say everything to avoid having to spend time helping you with transferring your phone line. I decided AT&T wasn't worth remaining a customer and transferred to TMobile. Parking is difficult at this store's area.

There were a couple of things they should have been able to take care of on their end but did not. The second person could not help me and said I needed to go to a store. I've been here about 3-4 times in the last 18 months or so dealing with a variety of items. Each and every time everyone I've interacted with has been super friendly, extremely professional, and dealt with my issues (account phone set-up, screen, cases, etc.) quickly and efficiently. Last time in Desmond greeted me at the door and 10 minutes later I was heading out the door with a new screen protector replacing my older one that cracked, all of it under warranty. Awesome! Great service. Thank you all!
