Customer service is terrible 😔 I called today jun/10 to order some parts and the guy on the phone start a conversation and he put me in hold with out blocking the phone line to start a conversation with his partner about something personal for a long time. After a long 3 min I had to hang the call myself and call back and right away he said give your number to call you back 😡 Seriously 🤷♂️ When he new I was the same guy with the same order, just suck!

i enjoy shopping at green thumb palm beach everyone is so helpful and there Selection is huge they have everything you would ever need i found a battery commercial blower that I had been looking for and today I found two rakes I couldn’t find anywhere else

This company charged an old man $1960 dollars to fix a lawn mower and it took them 5 months to fix it. when they finally did, they give it to him without gas so he couldn't try it to see if its working. So, he went to get some gas and when he starts the machine, there was a big hole in the gas compartment. and they had the nerves to accuse the old man saying he did it. In fact Mr. Pierre had NO time to use his mower because the gas he purchased just spilled out from the bottom of the darn thing. He could have purchased a new lawn mower with that money. That's bad faith. you can't treat minority customers like that, he work hard to save that money and you just took his money and give him a whole new problem. I will make sure he filed a bad faith claim in small court. All your company had to do was take the lawn mower back and patch the hole that your your workers made. That's evil

Super busy place, don't expect to be serviced in just a few minutes, but, that being said, when my mower was serviced, one of the best places in Palm Beach County that I have done business with in years! Mike, at the counter, was extremely educated in pretty much every question that I asked him, when I told him I needed a seal replaced in John Deere UTV, he actually helped me through the process with some insight only a mechanic could know, and he didn't talk down to me like counter sales guys do, great customer service and they actually had everything I needed to repair my blower in stock! Again, very great experience, very knowledgeable staff, very impressive.

We love our Husqvarna Auto Mower. As great as the machine is, our experience with Jeff and Green Thumb was even better. When we say that he bent over backwards to help us, we have no doubt that he would have literally done that to get us a positive end result. The staff is extremely friendly n they have anything u could ever need in lawn equipment! Jennifer helped us find everything we needed and was SO helpful! She answered all my husband's questions and she made it so much easier for us to find everything we would need. The next time we came in jennifer greeted us by name although almost a year had passed! You just don't find customer service like that these days. Green Thumb, your showroom is beautiful n the equipment is top notch but to be honest its because of Jennifer we not only keep coming back, but refer you to all our friends n customers.

Great place, first time there I dropped $1,400 .. This place is a guy's candy shop.. If my girlfriend ever kicked me out of the house this is where she'd find me...😂 Great and friendly staff , I would also like to say thank you to the Manager for showing me around the place today.. I will definitely be be back..
