Call pharmacy here it’s a nightmare!! Waiting and waiting hung up phones, calling again … same once they answer very rude and unhappy people .., will change as soon as possible to another pharmacy. Sadly they put people to work with no patience or costumer service

If I could give a 0 I would. Got out of the hospital, took a new prescription there through the drive thru. Was told by the hispanic woman at the window that I could not get my prescription filled there because I had never had one filled there before. Apparently they don’t want new customers!!!!!!! Don’t use this location. So I went across the street to another pharmacy.

Came in on 1/24 at around 6:20 and tried to purchase some things. Came to the register and put everything down just to be told that cash can only be used. She didn't bother to tell me as she was checking out the guy in front of me. I feel as though you should greet customers by letting them know so they're not wasting their time. A sign would've even been helpful. It's common sense. I ended up leaving

Horrible service at Pharmacy and the drive up window is even worse!! Now this pharmacy tried charging me $200 for a script that Walmart and CVS wanted $9. When I told Walgreen Pharmacy Manager I was going to report her for price gouging she called me back and said the script would be $10… I am going to report them for gouging and I suggest you be carefully using this Walgreens.

This pharmacy is woefully understaffed. It's a Soviet-era experience to try to get a prescription filled here. They were just ok before they added covid tests and vaccines to their profit center, but they did so without adding any new staff. Basically there is usually one person staffing the desk for all people coming for every reason - covid tests, covid vaccines, prescription pick ups at the window and also the drive up - at all times. They keep sending reminder texts about the prescriptions you have to pick up but there is never a good time to go because you have to budget at least 30-45 minutes for that. The pharmacist is a nice guy but Walgreens obviously values profits over service here. I've been to other Walgreens pharmacies that are better. I think this one is overburdened with customers but no one cares and so they don't add the necessary staff. Don't use this pharmacy!

I waited in the drive thru of this pharmacy for 30 minutes before getting helped. Multiple people passed me by in the window. Do not bother sending prescriptions to this location. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here but this experience definitely did it for me.

If you like being ignored by five employees behind the pharmacy counter and getting everything wrong when the finally come over, than this is the place to be! 4 visits, 4.5 hours total, two prescriptions, both wrong. I just don't have the time to do their job for them. Kinda important that you are accurate in this line of work.

Positively the worst Walgreens I have visited in almost 50 years of filling prescriptions. Terrible service, horrible pharmacy and rude employees that talk about the customers when they think they don't speak Spanish. They don't answer the phone, if they do they hang up on you. They wait hours to get voicemails with prescriptions from docs and then it takes forever to fill.

I stopped in to get hot/cold pack for pain. Picked up one labeled wrong and found out many of them were labeled wrong. Manager did not honor the price but gave me a discount. Hmmmm. All Walgreens bathrooms are sub par. I think for them to have a HEALTHY image their bathrooms could reflect that. Store was clean. Cashier was more than patient with resolving the issues.

I started using this Walgreens out of convenience to my home when I first loved here almost a year ago. However, I’ve continued to use because Dr. Amaka and the pharmacy technicians at this location have always gone above and beyond to assist my family with our needs. They are always more than happy to work with my physicians to make sure we get the medications we need that are also covered by our insurance. Once, my son knocked over his liquid antibiotics and the male technician worked readily to get it refilled and gave us an immediate call once it was completed for pick up. They do these courtesies on a regular basis for us, and always do so with amazing customer service.
