I’ve been filling my prescription at this Walgreens going on 2 years now. I Never had a problem, they have always took good care of me. Until today, I had a disagreement with the pharmacist over the phone the call was made at 3:21pm I was told that my prescription will be ready tomorrow on the 6th, I usually fill on the fifth so I was very confused as to why this was happening, the pharmacist was very rude to me and even laughed at me all because I asked why is it being delayed she just kept saying u picked up late, and she hung up on me. At 3:33pm I received a phone call from my doctor stating that they called and said they will not be filling my prescription at that location no more. After being hung up on twice I made a trip to the store to get clarification on what happened. I was told I didn’t pass the test and she couldn’t fill it, then after 10 Mins of going back and forth she stated she couldn’t fill because she wasn’t “comfortable” and that I could go to another store. I was very upset at how I was treated at this location since I’ve been a customer of Walgreens at several locations for over 10+ Years. I didn’t even cause a scene when I went yet the police was called. That pharmacist and the store associate SAMANTHA was very very rude with me. I’ll never forget this experience at this store THE ABSOLUTE WORSE

Terrible pharmacy customer service. So sad to have to have switched from local pharmacy due to being out of network now. Still waiting for prescription going on four days. Nothing special but can't be w:o. Wouldn't t locate at another store. . Different story each day. Went back to local pharmacy and paid full price. Do not luck Walgreens fir your preferred pharmacy - can't imagine what the really sick people do. :(

Manager is very rude to customers and staff. came in to get my photo order in which he said nope not ready try again tomorrow. Meanwhile blaming Walgreens for the pickup time and no responsibility on their end or apology. An employee came to ask him for help and he said go over there don’t leave your register and ignored her. When I said okay that’s fine I’ll just pay for these items he walked away and said no I’m only doing photo you can go stand in the other line. He’s constantly rude and belittling towards everyone in the store and I’ve been seeing it for years. Hopefully Walgreens will take into consideration who they are hiring as a store leader.

I have never had a more unpleasant experience refilling my RX as I have had at this location, being a valued customer for many years/same RX. I brought a hand written RX that was written incorrectly by my PCP. My wife takes the same RX but once a day and I am twice a day or as needed so I called my PCP/office to be corrected at which point they electronically sent the corrected RX for twice a day as needed to this location on Thursday 12-9-2021 (a few days too early) so the pharmacist said I would need to wait until 12-13-2021, which was fine. I called this location to confirm they had received the corrected RX on Saturday 12-11-2021, which in fact they did and at which point it was reiterated by the pharmacist, I still had to wait until Monday, 12-13-2021. Not a problem at all. I am old enough to understand the laws and how insurance works pushing 45 years young. When I arrived this afternoon 12-13-2021 (after 12 pm as instructed by the nice young lady/Technician) it was the wrong RX again and I was told there was no record of an updated RX that was electronically sent. I had confirmed this RX was sent on Saturday, So, after careful consideration and many years of bringing my business to Walgreens from New York, Colorado, Arizona, Florida and Hawaii (NEVER, EVER HAVING AN ISSUE), I have decided to take my business to CVS. Please note this review is also a formal complaint for Walgreens and their executives, against the pharmacist on duty for the days I tried getting my RX filled 12-9, 12-11 and 12-13 to only be in the same position with the wrong RX. I just got off the phone with my doctors office to confirm this again. I will also be filing a complaint against the pharmacist (privately) for not considering it is unlawful to ignore/disregard Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). It is inhumane to disregard an electronically sent RX and be told there is no record. As for those who have only good reviews, I am happy that this location can accommodate you. Honestly used to be great. But waiting 40 minutes in the middle of the day because there are lines inside and in the drive thru is ridiculous . It's been happening more often lately so it will probably change my pharmacy. Edit: I also went there for my booster because my 2nd dose was on 5/11 and the girl after waiting for 10 minutes told me they were only accepting appointments. I told her i wasn't able to make it online if was telling me i was ineligible . She then showed me two papers saying i couldn't get the covid vaccine even though the CDC recommends it . I even asked if having a newborn was high risk and she said no. Walked into Walmart today and no problem. They even said she was wrong. Just fyi about the terrible service here.

So I guess asking if they carry beta fish water conditioner is a joke Bc she said let me go check for you / give me moment and continue to place me on hold after I’d wait so long it’s start ringing again and it would go on hold. So she wasn’t even checking for me she was just standing there. Have better customer service Walgreens. Won’t ever give my business to them at this location again. Such off vibes every time I go there and everyone is so off putting and slow. No desire to work reads on all their employees faces. Rude and no manners all their staff. do better. Won’t ever go to them again.

Stocked up on what we needed for our AirBnB nearby. Items were fully stocked, organized and easy to find. The customer service was great! I guess they could tell we weren't from aeound so they gave us great suggestions on where to drink and hangout. Didn't catch their names, but thank you so much!

One of the cleanest, largest, and well stocked Walgreens I have ever visited. Definitely the best Walgreens in the area as I have visited them all....according to my husband:)
