I would give 5 stars, but they are so understaffed I've had to walk around at least half of the store before finding a cashier. The cashiers and the sales prices are a solid 5 stars - but mostly for the cashiers. I've shopped at this location 3 times and each cashier has been kind. Unfortunately, I'm terrible with names but one receipt showed Associate: 006394.

I love this store!!! It's like Dillard's! Great name brands at wonderful prices! It's clean, bright, & the employees are incredibly kind. I can't wait to go back! We only left, bc we ran out of time due to the holiday weekend & having plans with family. I'd strongly encourage anyone to go check it out! You won't be disappointed. PLUS, their entire site & outside surroundings are wheelchair accessible & the shopping path inside is wide enough to fit any wheelchair! My son has Asperger's Syndrome & HATES shopping, but he enjoyed himself here & all of their clothing options! They had TONS of tagless clothes!! Like many autistic kids, he will ONLY wear tagless, but usually, there isn't much of a variety. However, Belk had an outstanding variety to choose from! I'm grateful to have them in Euless!! I think we've found a "favorite" store.

Nice clean store. Good assortment of clothes for everyone, But not much for men's dress clothes. Fitting rooms are open.

Belk should not advertise they carry something they don't. Went there after seeing an advertisement for polo shirts but the employee told me they used to carry them and might again someday.

Visited this Belk store for the first time and happy to share our experience was awesome! Lots of options, well organized & clear Sale sections for all! The staff is really friendly. Definitely worth visiting this location as they have limited stores in DFW area.

I visited this store today to return some boots and I did not find an associate around the purse and shoe section. Me and another customer were waiting for 30 minutes. Then I found Esperanza an associate who was very helpful and kind. She helped me with a few items and she helped me save a few dollars. I didn’t intend to come back to this store but because of Esperanza’s, I will return. She definitely knows how to keep a customer. Her professionalism was outstanding.

Planned to walk through the whole store, but only made it to the shoe section. Horribly understaffed- 1 person running the register and fetching shoes. After waiting over 10 minutes for my shoes to come back and 2 people looking for them, the 2nd person finally realized that the display shoe was the only pair they had. They should remove the display if the shoe isn't in stock. They should also make sure the floor is better staffed throughout the day. Workers were nice, but not an experience that makes me want to return.
