I ordered 2 custom fajas. When I received them they were way off on size. Terribly too small. I called to have them replaced. They wanted me to redo my measurements only with them watching. I have an android and they had iPhones. I sent a video of me taking my measurements which were the same measurements I originally sent. Mind you...that was a whole process (weeks). They approved the modification. I sent both in. When they were returned, one was modified and the other was the original one I sent in. I called to let them know. They started with the whole process of letting them watch me take the measurements. I explained again that I have an android..yayaya.....I sent pictures of both laying together to show the huge difference in the fajas. The one they modified was still incorrect. The torso was too little so I had to cut it just to get in it. After so much frustration I still have the brand new one that was returned and never repaired. It seems like it would have been nice but I was so frustrated with the entire process. Still ended up paying for 2 with one that i am only receiving partial support because i had to cut the torso part. At this point i Would not recommend this place.

Bought these two fajas 2 moths ago for $400.00, they are not what I ordered at all. The fajas was not my size even though they were suppose to be custom fit, I contacted curvy girls , they sent me a return label, I sent it back with overnight shipping and required a signature so I would know that they received them. I provided them the order number and proof that they signed for it and then they stop responding to me. DO NOT waist your money with this company, my plastic surgeon Dr. Masri in Miami referred them , they are unprofessional and are just out for the money!

My review is of the company not this location. My measurements are 43.5 hips and 31.5 waist. With the garment on the widest setting my waist is 29. That is 2.5 inches smaller. I would think that the widest setting would be your size or maybe half an inch smaller. This makes it very uncomfortable and the process to return and get a new one is too lengthy so I am keeping it but I won’t be wearing it for some time if ever. Due to this, I won’t be shopping with curvy goals again.

Don’t Buy from this company. They send you whatever size they have available not what you order and when you try to get help you speak with automated text. I only spoke with Kristina after blasting on social media after weeks of trying to get help. Even did the video call test fit and three weeks past with no contact. After about a month Kristina offered a full refund but only after I send them back so they can check the condition and resale. The customer service is horrible!!! I bought other fajas even from Colombia and had better service. Buyer Beware!

July 2021, I placed an order with Curvy Gyals. August 2021, the package was supposedly delivered. I immediately messaged Curvy Gyals because the package shouldn’t have been delivered without a signature. Curvy Gyals informed me I had to reach out to UPS. It has been pulling TEETH trying to get a refund. It is now March 2022, still no refund. This is entirely absurd and unprofessional on all levels. They had someone named Natalia to help assist. Regardless of WHAT. From business owner to business owner. They should have taken accountability just refunded me my money– Get in contact with UPS and received the more from them. This isn't fair... 7 MONTHS it has been! When am I getting my money

My 2 fajas are the same size for one. Secondly they are too small and both are the same size when I ordered 1 stage 1 faja and the other was a stage 2 faja.. this doesnt make sense. Instead of trying to get the product out fast... make sure it's the correct size and product.

I'm not sure what the other reviews are talking about but I placed my custom order on a Friday and received it the following Friday. Now that's customer service🙌🏾 I did not expect to receive it that fast! It took a while to get it on as expected but I listened to her how to put it on video on IG and with the help of my husband we were able to get it on and it is definitely giving me the shape and compression that I need.The only issue I have is that I have the sleeveless with the hooks across the shoulders and the hooks are scratching my skin but I put on a shirt underneath to fix that issue, but other than that it's perfect. I will definitely be ordering more.

I Ordered a custom garment in October 08, 2021 (Order # 10718), It is the same color and the same style that I ordered.  However, the measurements are not what I ordered. The waist measurement should be 32 inches and they made it 20 inches. Hips measurement should be 48 inches and they made it 32 inches. Torso measurement should be 34 inches and they made it 22 inches. Bust measurement should be 48 inches and they made it 32 inches. I cant fit in it. My faja was not made to my measurements. It is ridiculously small and you can see with the naked eye how small it is.  I can't even think of try to put it on because at first glance it looks so much smaller than my other girdles. I have proof that I gave them the correct measurements, because the measurements are in my online order. The girdle I received has all the measures extremely reduced. On the other hand, the girdle is very poor quality, it does not have an internal lycra lining. I sent 2 emails to customer services and no one has answered me yet.

As expressed in my previous review, I wore this garment one time and the first and only time I’ve worn it it ripped from the stitching. As you can see from these photos the advise is perfectly Intact. I never dried put any heat to this garment. Even after I’ve shown proof. The whomever is behind the computer because you can’t reach a live person is lying. The company is not taking ownership of their wrong doing. The product was made poorly because it’s ripped from the stitching. Instead of giving me an exchange or a refund they rather not take owner ship which is Sad. I spent a lot of money on this Garment. The customer service is horrible.I don’t have what’s app, the manger Should call me on the number I provided through a landline. What business owner uses what’s app as a primary way to reach customers??? How unprofessional.
