Restrooms are disgusting! For it to be under lock behind another door there's no way the women's restroom should be like that. Smdhh... I understand it's in the mall and it's high traffic but this store is very cluttered and unorganized. Things are everywhere.

We came to shop and it’s almost closing time, Geovanny the associate from the security was shopping and the cashier made him go first even though we, the customers, were in line first. This is disrespectful I’m so many levels not only because “the customers are priority”. Once again, Ross is the worst thing.

13.53h. More than 20 people on the queue, more than 5 workers around and just one cashier open. One of the workers skip the queue and they open a new till just for her. We complain and their answer is: “Sorry Ross dont hire people and they pay very bad we dont have cashiers enough”. Thats not acceptable.
