13 Best department store in Miami, Florida (FL) 2024

This is a nice market place for all the grocery stuffs. They had good and fresh stock. Being neighborhood market it’s comparatively much smaller than Walmart super center and hence shopping can be real quick. Also there is less crowd at check out with self checkout options also available, while at super center’s it takes a lot of time during checkouts even with self checkout options. I had a good experience of this store. ~Hassan

The lines here are incredibly long as it is the case with pretty much every Walmart. I’m currently standing in the return line, I’m the 4th person in line out of 9 people. How many customer reps may you guess, are working the line? 1. I tried to get her some help and the closest employee was the one at the self check-out and she was also the only employee in that section. She also seemed overwhelmed. The manager passed by with a car full of things and as she was approached but this employee she said, “I can’t” while pointing at her cart. So make your own conclusion: ~Mafe

Good selection of items, but they urgently need more staff. No one around to ask questions, too long lines at their cashiers. ~D

RUDE and TERRIBLE STAFF. Store closes at 12am but fitting room closes at 9pm. If you ask to try it the clothes they treat you like a thief and in a extremely bad mood, staff doesn’t even care if you are traveling and can’t comeback next day to return in case it doesn’t fit. 3 people checking on you like you are a thief or something when in reality you want to shop. Bad experience DON’T COME here if you don’t want to have an after taste. ~Claudia

Being in the area I live makes it easy. This Ross is one of the stores I visit the most. It is good, but keeps a long line to pay due to a high affluence. The reps make a really good job keeping the line on moving, incredibly really fast, but I have to accept that I leave most of the time when seeing the line. The best time to go is 8' am when they open, the worst time to go is around 12-4pm. Buying on the weekends is impossible. Overall the facility is great, organized, plenty of products perhaps the amount of people visit this store daily. The staff is very nice, your always welcome at the entrance and appreciated before you leave. ~Shirley

I found products with a red label. What cost $10 was for $0.49 and in perfect condition. Always good shopping. Curtains, children's blankets and suitcases, great prices. ~Cintia

Horrible customer service!!! I bought a pair of shoes for mother's day gift for my sister. She tried on and she didn't like them so I came back to store to returned ( after 7 days) . The "manager" told me he couldn't give me the refund because the price sticker was cut and shoes a little bit dirty. ( I got the shoes without box and a little dirty because everyone tries the shoes in the store). I was in shock!!! He was so rude and unprofessional! Thanks God I went to another Nordstrom Rack and the manager did the refund without any problem!!!! I have been a customer from this location since it opened but I won't come back again! ~Carmenza

Macy's is my first department store to visit when I want to purchase gifts. It's very neat and has a nice selection. I didn't give it five stars because of customer service. No one offered to help or see if we had questions. Instead, my husband, my infant child and I were followed by LP (one of the many reasons I go with Amazon or Target's curbside pick up). My husband asked one of the workers if where we were had the only selection of men's suit pants. She didn't really speak English. Other than that it is still a nice department store. ~Sheriah

I love Macy's. Great prices and great brands. Plus, they always have coupons and very good sales, so you will always get a good deal. I've been a customer for over 20 years now, and I always shop with them ~Ibeth
