6 Best electronics store in Miami, Florida (FL) 2024

The lines here are incredibly long as it is the case with pretty much every Walmart. I’m currently standing in the return line, I’m the 4th person in line out of 9 people. How many customer reps may you guess, are working the line? 1. I tried to get her some help and the closest employee was the one at the self check-out and she was also the only employee in that section. She also seemed overwhelmed. The manager passed by with a car full of things and as she was approached but this employee she said, “I can’t” while pointing at her cart. So make your own conclusion: ~Mafe

Horrible customer service! How these people have an overall rating of 4.4? Manager is on the phone playing games not playing attention, then the company doesn’t even do returns within 30 days. They honestly don’t properly advertise whats 30 days and whats not! I proofed to them and they didn’t care. It felt like a scam are running and i told them so. Good luck to future customers i wont be one of them. ~MEL

I'm writing this solely on my experiences at this location, I see some other negative reviews but that just has to do with policies that some of these employees are forced to follow and have no choice but to enforce them. I have been coming to this store for a while and the crew are always very friendly, cordial, and are very attentive to anything that I need when going in, if they don't have the item they recommend a list of other placer establishments that are not GameStop related that help me find what I am looking for. The establishment is also always clean and I'm grateful to have this location left in this area since the other one closed a few years ago. ~Michael

I have been a marine technician for 15 years and this is the best place to buy the products that I use daily, Rob always has what I need, if you are looking for cables, speakers, amplifiers, audiopipe sub, that is the right place. ~Jr

Stopped by to get some camera related items.. they had everything I needed. Found some other interesting things.. nice store. Great staff. ~Tony
