Horrible customer service! How these people have an overall rating of 4.4? Manager is on the phone playing games not playing attention, then the company doesn’t even do returns within 30 days. They honestly don’t properly advertise whats 30 days and whats not! I proofed to them and they didn’t care. It felt like a scam are running and i told them so. Good luck to future customers i wont be one of them. ~MEL

I'm writing this solely on my experiences at this location, I see some other negative reviews but that just has to do with policies that some of these employees are forced to follow and have no choice but to enforce them. I have been coming to this store for a while and the crew are always very friendly, cordial, and are very attentive to anything that I need when going in, if they don't have the item they recommend a list of other placer establishments that are not GameStop related that help me find what I am looking for. The establishment is also always clean and I'm grateful to have this location left in this area since the other one closed a few years ago. ~Michael
