Best AT&T location in Miami! I was finally able to leave T-Mobile & switch over to AT&T on a Family plan. I was dreading having to go through this process, as I really did not want to spend my entire Saturday morning doing so. Luckily the employee Jeff made the transition run super smoothly for me. I was in & out! He was super informative with it all & thanks to him I have a monthly bill I can finally manage! ~Glowupbyj

I was treated miserable , bossy around and denied solution when I ask to review my account since they charge me double with same phones after it was reinstall into my account. First when I got the service a year ago, the girl and manger at the time where fine and nice ,they explain everything and work it out fine. Then my husband try to got a new service account and the transfer of the phone number almost 3 weeks , went there 6 times and frustrated call my previous provider , kindly they help me given me the way to do it as it was a ground line and bring the numbers to show them how to do it , they did not know how. They never give me credit for the 3 weeks not in use and I did not ask to avoid more problems, Since my bill went to double with same service, my plan was changed to double . I saw that day another person complaining about charges that he was not aware. The main problem with this manager (there is three managers) , is that she does not explain , how the charges will be or give any invoice and costumer ask for specific plan and the bill comes with different plan than the one expected....she, the manager acted like the owner of the place instead of help the costumer gives a defensive attitude, they did not honor the ads T-Mobil has . I Called Costumer Service and everything was fixed immediately. ~MS

On 5/29 i went to this store in the afternoon, the sales person, a young guy was sitting outside because no customers at the moment. When i approached him with questions related to my new phone i got it From At&t Solutions Consultant the day before, he was with actitud and clear he explained the store is for the clients and he doesn't have to explain or fix it since i didn't but it there. Then i went with my phone to another store: 9231 flagker. He went above and beyind to hrlp. ~Jenny

I went to AT&T Store 12190 at SW 88TH ST, Kendall to look for a new phone, I was helped by Steven Jorge who was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up changing from Android to IPhone and migrated from my previous provider to the AT&T service. Thanks to his advice and guide I now have a reliable service and a phone that I absolutely love. The rudest customer service from the manager. Tried calling multiple times to ask a simple question and was hung up abruptly each time by a woman after she realized I didn't speak spanish. At one point she pretended she didn't hear anyone on the line. She actually repeated hello over and over until I handed the phone to my boyfriend to ask in Spanish for the manager and then miraculously she could hear. Another miracle? Turns out she was the manager. ~Elizabeth

Just left this store Friday Jan 22nd 7 pm. Went into this store to buy the one and only flip phone they have. Looked on line and the price showed $99.99. As we are getting ready to pay the salesman ( short, tan skin, short black hair, hispanic. Tells us the price is $169.99 me and my husband almost had a heart attack...I mean we are talking flip phone. And I'm like laughing and making fun of what appears to be a Joke. This salesman instead of saying yeah sorry unfortunately that's the price I apologize..looked at me like he wanted to punch me in the face, completely annoyed. So my husband said I looked on line and it said a different price..again annoyed said that's with a new line. I told the salesman I'm sorry we are going to think about it outside we didn't realized it was so expensive. He didn't say a word just looked at us. We went outside and called tmobile customer service The representative told my husband they phone was $99.99 and he couldn't understand why they salesperson was saying another price he offered to call the store and talk to him but honestly at this point we didn't want to give them our business. We will go to another Tmobile and purchase from there. Not sure what is being done about your customer service but judging by the reviews this is an ongoing issue. Whatever you are doing is not working. ~Ingrid
