On 5/29 i went to this store in the afternoon, the sales person, a young guy was sitting outside because no customers at the moment. When i approached him with questions related to my new phone i got it From At&t Solutions Consultant the day before, he was with actitud and clear he explained the store is for the clients and he doesn't have to explain or fix it since i didn't but it there. Then i went with my phone to another store: 9231 flagker. He went above and beyind to hrlp.

Will be returning to this store for future purchases and telling all my family and friends about this location and staff. Very content with our visit to this store!! Horrible experience with this place! Took all day to order a phone with the manager Jessica and mind you no one there speaks English. NO ONE! They didn’t know what they’re doing including the manager Jessica was on the phone getting help from elsewhere. Jessica didn’t advise that my phone will take much longer than what she said and it was showing for December the whole time. Called AT&T and they clearly stated that the phone has been back ordered since it’s released date but of course I wasn’t aware of that at time of purchase. This place is a privately owned store so it figures as to why you get this type of service here. Good luck to anyone that doesn’t know how to speak Spanish in this store but regardless they don’t know what customer service is. By far the worst experience even with the claimed manager Jessica. Never again will I step foot in this place. You’ve been warned! Stay away! Beware!

People....please be careful in this store.They will offer you a plan that sounds great and then it is completely different charging hundreds of dollars extra when you receive the bill. When we call corporate they told us that they do that to get more commission.

You may want to make sure your employees open the store on time. It shows you're open at 9am and I was there about 9:25am and store was still closed. Not good business.

Horrendous experience. Promised one thing told this told that and nothing happened. I would avoid this store location at all cost. They'd rather cancel your order than put it as a priority to help you. I would give them a zero star if I could.

I've been going to Chris for the past 5 or so years now whenever I've needed help with my phone lines, cable, or alarm system. He is seriously amazing at his job and has never let me down! I would recommend anyone to go see him and personally guarantee that he'll go above and beyond!
