I went to AT&T Store 12190 at SW 88TH ST, Kendall to look for a new phone, I was helped by Steven Jorge who was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up changing from Android to IPhone and migrated from my previous provider to the AT&T service. Thanks to his advice and guide I now have a reliable service and a phone that I absolutely love. This afternoon I arrived to the location to purchase 6 LG Tone Free earbuds. The manager Brian went into the back and said that 4 of the 6 were on hold for an online order and I could only purchase 2. These items are no longer available on AT&T’s website to be purchased via online order, so he was dishonest. Customers looking to purchase items should be given the opportunity and not presented with intentional false information. From a manager customers should expect and be treated better.

I had a huge problem with doing a upgrade of my phone with a at&t rep that came to the house to deliver a phone to my Granddaughter. Long story short he is from a third Company that works with at&t and they charge me the hole price of the S22 Utra $1497.00 and when I was able to get in touch with him he told that the difference after the $800.00 would be returned to me within to 3 billing cycle. Thank God that the Assistant Manager Louie and Charlie the AT&T rep at the Kendall AT&T store in Miami and they helping me go back and fourth with at&t billing on the phone which billing could not solve. Louie said that he would help me solve this situation he took the phone back credit my account I had to pay the restocking fee but it was worth it. And I upgraded my phone with them. Louie and his team at his store have Excellent customer service and demonstrated to me they try to exhaust everthing to help their customers. Thank You Louie and Charlie and your team for helping me And my family. Again EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 👏 👌 👍 😀 🙌 👏

Horrible service and inexperienced employees that couldn’t solve a simple thing after my phone automatically did an update through the night and I couldn’t make or receive calls. I went to the Kendall location they changed the SIM card without any results, then I begged them to call Apple since Iwas all day without service and I was in the store until 8:30. Michelle was very nice and made the call and a technician got into my phone gving her instructions but they couldn’t fix it. They escalated the issue and I went to my daughter’s house to wait for the call from Apple Store at 9:30 trough my daughter’s cell phone. They just made an appointment for the day after at 3:00pm. I went back to my house and told my husband that was all day working without seeing him and he connected my phone to his computer, did a back up and a new update to my phone and was working. I was very upset and can’t understand how supposedly expert people couldn’t help me and my husband was smart enough to do it. That’s really insane and unacceptable, Att and Apple Store you should hire employees that really know what they’re doing!!!! Waisted time all day for nothing…

Alex and Bryan were extremely helpful! We are switching to AT&T and this is the best experience I’ve had in one of their stores. They were honest, explained things clearly and gave great advice. No pushiness, just great service and they know their stuff. I’m so glad this is my local store.

She gave me several options along with the purchase of a SIM card and when I made my choice, Josie made sure that my service was up & running and answered all my questions.
