Poor customer service. I walked into the store and there was one client being served. Two employee were in the lobby talking about their amateur soccer games. Took them 5 minutes to acknowledge me. When I was finally acknowledged, the associate started helping me but redirected me to the associate who had just finished helping the other person. 1 of 3 employees cared about providing the service they were getting paid for.
