Just left this store Friday Jan 22nd 7 pm. Went into this store to buy the one and only flip phone they have. Looked on line and the price showed $99.99. As we are getting ready to pay the salesman ( short, tan skin, short black hair, hispanic. Tells us the price is $169.99 me and my husband almost had a heart attack...I mean we are talking flip phone. And I'm like laughing and making fun of what appears to be a Joke. This salesman instead of saying yeah sorry unfortunately that's the price I apologize..looked at me like he wanted to punch me in the face, completely annoyed. So my husband said I looked on line and it said a different price..again annoyed said that's with a new line. I told the salesman I'm sorry we are going to think about it outside we didn't realized it was so expensive. He didn't say a word just looked at us. We went outside and called tmobile customer service The representative told my husband they phone was $99.99 and he couldn't understand why they salesperson was saying another price he offered to call the store and talk to him but honestly at this point we didn't want to give them our business. We will go to another Tmobile and purchase from there. Not sure what is being done about your customer service but judging by the reviews this is an ongoing issue. Whatever you are doing is not working.

I called the store someone picked up it was very hard to hear him because it sounded like he had the phone in his mouth. I had a quick question to ask he hung up on me I ended up calling back again the phone just rings now and nobody will pick up I’ve let the phone ring for the past 10 minutes. Quite frankly you could do a review and nothing changes.

Horrible customer service, dealt with Dennis the "manager" and in the middle of our conversation turned around and ignored me to talk to someone that apparently knew him to help her with her situation and left me standing there for about 5 mins .... I had to ask someone else to help me since apparently what he did was acceptable. Will never return there.

I want everyone to know how bad the customer service is at this location . I came in today to get a privacy screen protector and they didn’t have it in iPhone -11. So I, asked if the can give me the regular one ? I have bought screen protector for 5 lines that I have with them and all phone I have bought through the years as well in that location . I can’t began to tell you how disappointed I, am to know that a “Manager” can’t ever give me a regular protector for my phone just because he didn’t think is right . People don’t buy from this location don’t even get plans from here either . They are the worst being a T-Mobile customer for over 10 - years is horrible when you find yourself with rude managers

Came by our local T-Mobile today as my spouse had to get a phone to replace a semi functional iPhone the day before an international trip. David made the whole process quick and painless. David greeted us when we walked in, helped us with phone activation, and even installed the screen protector and phone case for us! Probably the best experience I’ve had at any retail phone store. Thanks to David, you made our day!

Fancy but really bad service. A young lady checking social media while assisting me resulted in no internet on my phone, my SIM card was not in the system, I had to finish setting up the phone at home and returned next day for solving my internet problem. Not count I paid a lot and they were unable to print the receipt and simply, they can't do anything about it. Easy job for them, bad weekend for me.

I came here to switch to T-Mobile. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. A worker named Stephanie helped us. She was doing a million things at once and completely messed everything up. She asked me to put in my password into my phone and next thing I know she’s scrolling on INSTAGRAM!! She was taking a million phone calls while “helping” me and some of them were her FRIENDS. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!! She messed everything up on her iPad and couldn’t print out a receipt she also switched up the phones and put the wrong numbers that didn’t match the iclouds. I spent 4 hours in there and everything turned out horrible. I had to come back the next day and stay there for another hour and 30 minutes this time a new person helped us and again she messed up our accounts. I had to end up fixing the problem myself. NEVER coming back. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
