Horrible. I don't know how else to explain my experience in this store. There are unprofessional, unprofessional, untrained "kids" working there. I called before I went to the store to ask if I could drop off a trade in phone at the store. They said yes. I didn't want to ship it to avoid the possibility of it getting lost. Once I arrived they had no clue what was going on. Once I finally educated them, and they finally understood, they print out a label, give it to me, and tell me to drop it off at UPS. I was like WHAT? I could have shipped it myself. Why did they tell me the accepted trade ins there? Any, completely incompetent. Stay away.

It is really inveedible that in 2020 it has taken oner 3 weeks to get a new service. YES, 3 weeks and i still have no service. This Monopoly that AT&T and Comcast has to stop or at least service who makes you your profit in order to honestly earn it. I do understand that to be a concept that it is out of your reach.

Very poor costumer service, they just sell, if something goes wrong, that’s on you, they just don’t care about it, remember that when you walk into this store, they just take your money and provide nothing in return. Update on the review: After several visits to the store trying to solve an issue with a defective phone they provided, after the manager sent us to an Apple Store saying they should solve the problem not them, they finally agreed that yes there was a 14 days returning policy no questions ask, so now they want us to pay them, a re stocking fee, being honest I am not happy with that but if I have to pay for sure I will not pay to an store that during 14 days have being trying to go around that warranty, it’s either an ATT policy to try to go around their own warranty or the managers of this store are really non ethical people, my advice will be ¡¡¡¡try to go to an store that’s really an ATT location, don’t just visit any place with an ATT authorized dealer!!!!!!!, they are not the same and service it’s even worse. Definitely do not go to this one specially, considering they are a bunch of crooks.

Excellent service by the friendly staff members. Visited to get a prepaid connection, by porting my google voice number to AT & T. They helped me to get the number with less amount by suggesting some offer. I have saved $20. Porting from Google Voice is difficult, but they made it with their knowledge and commitment. Will visit the store in future, for any AT & T service.

Premiere service all the way, they greet you as soon as you step in and offer assistance. Extremely polite and helpful. Upgraded to s9+ and I had questions and concerns they answered them all! Smoothest transition to a new phone! If you want pros helping you all the way ask for Jessica and Chris! They both need to be noticed ! And of course the rest of team!

Salesperson would not sell a phone unless I purchased insurance, insisted he could not do so, and suggested I buy the insurance and call to cancel it later. I went to an actual AT&T store and had no issues purchasing a phone without purchasing the insurance. It seems they have no problem causing an inconvenience to a customer if they cannot make a profit.

I had a question about my AT&T service so I decided to go into the store. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by Maria. She took an immediate interest in my concerns and helped me resolve everything. No matter what I asked her, she made sure to help me find the solution to it and did it happily and promptly. I was a bit skeptical before I walked into the store, but suffice it to say, I will be going in there from now on. Thank you for your A++++ customer service.
