great car, clean, handled nicely. the staff was excellent. Cheerful, informative, helpful every step of the way. I decided to rent from that particular location the very next day despite advice from my insurance company to use another brand for billing purposes. I'd rather give Avis and this particular location my business and deal with the expenses later.

Picked up my car at 10:00 in the morning told the girl the bumper was falling off and that is not the vehicle that I reserved she proceeded to tell me I could not pick my vehicle so then why do they have it on the website I picked the Kia soul I wound up getting a Toyota Corolla that the bumper was falling off all kinds of damage that she did not put on the paperwork I live a mile from the office by the time I got home the bumper was coming off needless to say I had to call corporate office three times and had to wind up going back to the original Avis to return the vehicle which in turn she then gave me a Pacifica at no extra charge check-in process was horrible returning that vehicle and getting another vehicle horrible returning the vehicle the day I was supposed to fabulous she wasn't there

This location has caused me nothing but absolute trouble and ruined my planned trip I had for months! Beyond furious and disappointed in a company and employee. After already paying for the car and having everything ready to go I was denied what I had already paid for. All because of my license. They merely assumed that it was restricted when and if they would have done a DMV check, which they are supposed to do, would have saw that I in fact, actually have a legit license. And all I get is an "I'm sorry". Not a care in the world that I am at a loss of $400, having to wait over a week to get it back and not even a second though to tell me I needed to call customer service for a refund... all I got told was "if he (the employee) canceled my reservation I would not get a refund" Avis themselves only state that this complaint will only go to improving their location. not a single word on how they have majorly inconvenienced me. Update: After calling, emailing and talking to higher ups. Avis refuses to help or even apologies. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Avis took the liberty of 'adjusting' my bill to the tune of $500 for a one day rental that was pre-paid for $93. This amounts to false advertising and fraudulent billing practices. They will be hearing from me further. Additionally, the Philadelphia representative was unnecessarily rude. When asked if she worked for Avis while walking in the drop off lot, her response was "No, I'm just out here walking around in the hot sun". Sarcastic and unprofessional. Terrible service and fraudulent billing await Avis rentals. Don't do it!!

Ms. Cris was the absolute best she was very helpful and she went above and beyond to assist me and make sure I got the best service possible. She was hands down the best!! 10/10

Customer service was exceptional during my rental process, especially at a short notice the first time visiting here. The second time I visited here, I went online a few days in advance to reserve a specific vehicle. Cris, the staff member, exceeded my expectations since she was the only worker there during each of the mornings I picked up my vehicles. She was able to multi task and help me while dealing with another customer, whom was condescending and obtuse with her on personal problems. The worker was helpful and willing to provide company policy to the customer but the customer was not able to make up her decisions. I have the much respect to worker here and appreciate her still able to provide exemplary customer service towards me after dealing with certain unruly customers. Thank you.

When I first tried to rent a car at Hertz, it was very unfriendly. So I was searching around and renting a car at avis and I was so happy that the female employee was so kind. I will rent a car here again when I visit New Jersey later.

Worst car rental place in New Jersey. First car we rented the breaks went out on it. 2nd car didn’t notice at first but the cop sure did that the registration was expired by almost a year. Cars not maintained at all leaked oil all over the drive way. Had to stop and put air in all the tires because they where all way under pressure. Out of 10 stars I give them a negative one out of 10 will not and would not rent from here ever again

It was very easy, simple to rent from Avis. Better choice of rentals. I had a family emergency and need to extend my rental another week. Absolutely zero hassle just a smile when I returned it. 👍🏼👍🏼 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been renting cars from this location for almost 2 years now. This is a good place to rent; amicable staff, good selection, well maintained cars, convenient location e.t.c. Anyone living in Mt Laurel, Moorestown, Cherry Hill i recommend renting from this place. Tim at front desk is a diligent worker and always looking out for the benefit of customer. Some of the complains i have is the exorbitant fees (on insurance) but that is not the fault of this location because in the entire state of NJ and PA the rates are such, which was patiently explained by the staff. They are mostly responsive by phone. Great place....
