On July 08, 2022, I went to this location around 13.00 and I was surprised to see a very clean and beautiful lady was working there. She took my order with respect and my order was ready in less than 15 min. I don’t know what is her name but she should be awarded for her excellent performances.

The store manager is horrible and is the reason why the service is so bad. Once my food was delivered to the wrong address and I had to wait 2hrs for my order. They keep you on hold for 30 to 40 minutes, and when you go in the store there's no customers or phone ringing. My last experience there I waited an hour for my food and was told that my number was wrong. Then 2hrs later they told me my address was wrong. I had to go into the store for my money back and the manager was very rude and used profanity. Don't waste your time here. There are better pizzerias in the area.

Never had a smooth order at this store. Delivery is always late, so decided to order carry out. When I reached the store after the order showed ready in the app, there was no person at the counter. Only a Bluetooth speaker playing very loud music. Had to call the store phone twice for someone to show up from back. Then they told me the order is still in the oven when it wasn't even on. I had to cancel and leave at that point. Not going to try this store again.

Food itself is fine. No one ever answers the phone and the delivery time is never met. 2 times i've tried them out and the estimated wait time of 25-30 minutes is realistically 1-2 hours. Currently waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes for delivery and my home is 5 minutes away. Mobile app says my order has been in quality control for almost an hour! Worst location ever, do not recommend

Don’t waste your time ordering from this location. Your pizza most likely will arrive two hours late. Not even pleasant to eat anymore. In addition to no apologies.

Ordered two pizza and 8 wings carry out, came home and there were 6 wings only, and they switched extra cheese on pizza. Waited 25 minutes in store for an order placed online. Bad service!

Placed a pickup order at 9PM, arrived 15 minutes later, and the store is "open" but locked. No one answering the phone. No one contacted me. Absolutely do not do any business with this location.

I wish I could them no star !! Horrible experience they took my order at 7:40 pm and told me it will be delivered in 30-40 minutes, it was passed one hour I called they put me on hold for 40 minutes I drove to store the guy told me driver already took my delivery. I came back home by 9:10 pm there was no food . Then I called again they gave this person Saima phone number who supposedly is a manager then she hangs on me . I got food cold at 10:15 pm. Don’t order from them . Horrible !!

First, the wrong order was delivered. It's been over an hour and a half since the "re-order" and it has yet to arrive. I already pre-tipped so there's no incentive to deliver the correct re-order on time, which, based on the time the driver left, it should have arrived already had it been prioritized first like it should have been. This review was written April 1st, 2022 at 8:15pm. Peep the date+time of the receipt for the first order. It's been 2.5 hours total. This is my second negative experience ordering here, so unfortunately it will be the last. 8:45pm update: Dude literally never came lol. I asked for a refund, which I was told I would get. Leaving here for documentation purposes in case they don't actually even honor the refund.
