Staff at this store is absolutely awesome!! Went in searching for some Switch games for my brother for Christmas and they took the time out of their day to help recommend some options. Asked me to describe what types of games he normally plays/likes and we’re super knowledgeable/patient as I know I didn’t give the best descriptions. They were even super mindful of making sure they were physical copies of the games as I wasn’t sure if my brother had extra storage for a downloaded game. Walked out with 3 things in the end ☺️. Cannot recommend this store enough!! 15/10 people working here!!

This gamestop is ran awesome and has great staff and a great store manager. I go in a lot just to look around and always get caught in conversation with who ever is working. I appreciate you guys!

Great store. Has everything you can think of plus video games! That includes TV's, PC accessories (soon parts), clothing, figurines, latest gen Consoles etc. Customer service is excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely get all my tech and gaming gear here from now on. 🦍

I tried to return a game I got for my son for his birthday. Sadly his grandma got him the same game. Its been 45 days since i got the game. We live over an hour away and i work most days till late in the afternoon. Being a single parent makes it very hard to find the time to drive that far out. The game was never opened and i had my receipt but they refused to return the game. They told me if i would have bought the protection plan they would have taken the return. Wow....

I haven't been to a Gamestop location in years, but I got an Xbox the other day and went shopping. When I first walked in the door I was asked if I needed help finding anything. After looking around for awhile, I did get what I originally went for, a xbox remote for TV. (That's a whole 'nuther review) I also ended up with 3 new games. I forget the guy's name that helped me but I believe he was an assistant manager or one in training. I still have my "Gamestop Power Card" on my keychain and he explained to me about the membership and return policy and other related things. VERY HELPFUL! He talked me into renewing my membership without even trying! Very helpful and friendly place with everything I was looking for! Go see them and tell them I sent you. 😂 3.3.01 Updated my membership today. Had many questions about membership and Xbox and Switch. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff! Thank you Jonah!

Awful experience and customer service. I bought a game from a different GameStop location only yesterday. I wanted to exchange it to upgrade to a more expensive game I had to buy the demo version of the game because it was the last copy The person there told me that she couldn't exchange it because it was sold to me as new regardless if it was a demo case or a demo game or not which is ridiculous. So now I have to drive 30 minutes out of my way to get it from the store I bought it from to do a simple exchange and upgrade. During these times you would expect somebody to be a little bit more flexible especially when they're willing to pay more money in exchange for something else. This will probably be my last time shopping at GameStop at this location or any other.

I called to ask a question about items that I have ordered that I paid warranty for, and I have never felt so disrespected by the store manager. I was not able to express my concern and I got hung up on. Secondly, they now will not answer my phone call. My business with that store is over.

This place is also a joy to shop at, and whenever I swing by here--either to buy or simply browse--, I know I'll enjoy the time spent. Just today, my little brother and I were helped by Christopher (474035), and you could not have asked him to be any nicer. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience. Can't recommend this place enough. They're well stocked, the prices are reasonable, and they have some of the most top-notch people in retail working there.
