The female working the counter has no customer service skills. I drove 3o minutes to pick up a game that I had been told was available because the person that pre-ordered it never picked it up. After waiting 10 minutes for her to stop gossiping she looked it up and the person had been notified a month ago and never picked it up. She then proceeded called the person again after she told me they missed the deadline and told me that she couldn't sell it to me.im still shaking my head trying to figure out if she realized that she had no business sense whatsoever. I'll never buy anything else from the. I'll order what I need from someone else and have it delivered to my door. Seems like Gamestop doesn't do any kind of customer service training.

Probably the nicest GameStop I’ve gone to. I can’t emphasize that enough!! I appreciate the employees so much. Probably the best customer service GameStop I’ve been to, a nice and clean store, and a lot in stock. Very very very kind staff.

The store is usually "sold out" of Limited and Exclusive releases, but the good news is that the employees are kind enough to sell them to you from the trunk of their car in the parking lot, at a slight mark up of course.

I always have an amazing experience with this gamestop. The employee's are always willingly happy to help giving you as much advice as they can provide!!! Furthermore they respect your space providing you with a wonderfull shopping experience. Therefore I am in every happy to say that I am completely satisfied with there work preformance and management.

I go to this GameStop because it's minutes from my home. Every visit is the same. Not amazing, not awful. Sometimes you're helped quickly, sometimes you're ignored completely. Nathan was incredibly personable and helpful.

I wouldn't say I enjoy going to this store. It's definitely my least favorite store to go to but it's close, so there's that. Personally, I feel the staff are a little racist. I know that's hard to hear for certain people, but I honestly feel that's the truth.

The guy working tonight lied to me on purpose in order to try and get a sale, which I find so very messed up and unacceptable; I went to get Premium Pass for Battlefield 1, and when I saw that there was tax on it when he rang it up, I asked him if it would cost the exact same, if there would be tax, if I bought it on the PS Store on my PS4 instead, and he told me that there would be tax on it either way. I asked him if he were 100% sure since I was sure he was wrong, and he told me that he definitely was sure. Luckily for me, I had to leave in a rush before I could purchase it, and now that I'm ordering it on my PS4, in the PS Store, I am seeing that I was correct and he was lying, and I saved $3.37 by not listening to the lying GameStop salesman. I can't stand GameStop anymore, but this stood out easily as my worst GameStop experience, this is just completely unacceptable; ripping people off on used games is one thing, but lying to customers to get a sale? That's just incredibly messed up!!! I will never shop at GameStop again, especially this location (don't trust the black guy with glasses, he'll lie through his teeth to sell stuff)
