The female working the counter has no customer service skills. I drove 3o minutes to pick up a game that I had been told was available because the person that pre-ordered it never picked it up. After waiting 10 minutes for her to stop gossiping she looked it up and the person had been notified a month ago and never picked it up. She then proceeded called the person again after she told me they missed the deadline and told me that she couldn't sell it to me.im still shaking my head trying to figure out if she realized that she had no business sense whatsoever. I'll never buy anything else from the. I'll order what I need from someone else and have it delivered to my door. Seems like Gamestop doesn't do any kind of customer service training. ~aquemeni2000

$25 after tax and tip. It took 2 hours!!! And my car still has water spots all over it. Windshield is still filthy as well. I’ve had issues with this place in the past and sub par work for the exorbitant cost, but I think I’m going to take my business elsewhere or just wash my car myself. Came to this garage for a water pump swap. It was leaking from the weep hole and the car was at 100k. So, water pump. He said he was very busy and could get to it a week. So, I called a little later and set an appointment for the following Monday and he said he would have an estimate by then. When I got there, a week later, he asked me to drop it off and he'd call with the estimate later. (I thought he'd have one when I arrived but, didn't. okay fine.) Then asking if I had seen the normal cost for this procedure and I said, I had. When he called later he stated it would be up to double the going rate. Saying if he was going in there he would replace everything and charge me for it. Feigning it was the correct way to do it. (I could have bought a new crate engine at this price. Also, because he knew, I was aware of the going cost and what he estimated at double, what I assume he said between the lines was: "If I'm going to do this, I'm going to really get paid for it"). Fine, his garage. So, I said, that was too rich for my blood, and I'd come and pick up the car. (After I waited a week for him to look at it). My fault, no problem there. When I picked it up, he charged me ~ $50 to tell me, what I told him: "It needed a water pump". I'm not going to say, he wasn't a nice guy or it was a shady establishment but, don't expect 4.8 star review service, because you might not get that experience. While the overall appearance is now nice, the price constantly changes. Our rate has increased 45% in the last 6 months... and that was after the the "promotional rate" had ended. Price was raised to help pay for construction, now price is being raised because it's supposedly nicer... but it looks the same. There were days when the building was basically inaccessible without having your belongings covered in construction debris, but tenants were patient. Access codes and process changed, no one was notified. The experience was far better under previous management. Edit: After calling and discussing and conferring with a senior manager, the consensus was that there is no clear cut reason for rate increases. They simply do them when the owner states. Now that my rate increase has officially hit, I've gone from $65mo to $94mo in a 6mo window. I was told there's nothing they can do or time frame they can commit to my current rate. ~Steve
