The female working the counter has no customer service skills. I drove 3o minutes to pick up a game that I had been told was available because the person that pre-ordered it never picked it up. After waiting 10 minutes for her to stop gossiping she looked it up and the person had been notified a month ago and never picked it up. She then proceeded called the person again after she told me they missed the deadline and told me that she couldn't sell it to me.im still shaking my head trying to figure out if she realized that she had no business sense whatsoever.
