I had to drive an hour to get here to find three old men chit chatting and not answering the phone. I have seen better work ethic at a McDonald's. They're the only place selling what I needed.

I called this place to purchase a transmission advertised on car-part. It was a good price for the mileage. I asked if it was possible for them to have it pulled and ready by the end of the week. I was advised they may be able to do that and asked for my phone; they said they would call me. After not getting a call back, I called them again at the end of the week. They said they didn't know it was to be pulled and wouldn't have been pulled if I hadn't left a deposit. I was never asked to leave a deposit. Then I saw the price of the transmission was nearly doubled on car-part. In the end, this place wasted a customers time, and left their customer wondering about the business ethics of the establishment.

Love love love Kings auto used I am on fixed-income went to Kings and got a beautiful reasonable car that I could afford this is not my first time getting a car mr. King is always kind as well as his sales work with me on getting a car I could afford being that I am on disabilitysometimes they don't have anything there for you but give it time keep going back they will have something for you I am very satisfied and happy with that they treat you like a human being and that you are and we'll work with you as long as you are honest I would recommend in Burlington for anyone who is on fixed-income and who is not on to go there thank you Miss Washington

Wasn't very helpful at all. The guy seemed to be rushing me off the phone. I thought maybe they would be helpful but that was a fail. I won't be contacting them again.

I went there to pick up a rim for a 2007 Hyundai Sonata. I told them of my needs and they immediately sent someone to pull the rim. Everyone was really nice and as a group they seem to get along well. They also have one of the nicest Porta-Johns I've ever visited. They also have some wonderful cars that are for sale that they have made repairs to that would be wonderful buys for people on a budget.

My husband was quoted 325$ for his car. We heard that Mr. King had been sick, so we patiently awaited more than a week for him to pick up the car. I spend 2 hours waiting for him to arrive at our house this morning, when he came, he wanted to give me 225$ cash and said that was the agreement. I had overheard the conversations between the two and I knew he was lying. Brian had also written the amount on the envelope. Bad business, going back on a verbal agreement, Mr. King! Shame on you!

THEY WILL OFFER A WARRANTY THAT ISN'T WORTH THE TIME TO HEAR IT. DO NOT TRADE OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION UNLESS YOU WISH TO TRY YOUR LUCK AND WANT TO GAMBLE WITH YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! I MADE THIS COSTLY MISTAKE. THEY WOULD DO BETTER TO OFFER A 30 SECOND WARRANTY RATHER THAN A 30 DAY. THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE THE PART NOR REFUND EVEN A PORTION OF THE FUNDS. THE PART PURCHASED WAS DISCOVERED TO BE FAULTY BEFORE IT WAS INSTALLED AND REFUSED TO HONOR THEIR OWN POLICY. GOOD LUCK CONSUMERS
