I will never go to this place again 😒. I was a customer for years. I just got my last oil change on Monday and I wasn't told that my tires had wire showing in the inside. I also had my car inspection done here like really. Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing, Auto detailing

$25 after tax and tip. It took 2 hours!!! And my car still has water spots all over it. Windshield is still filthy as well. I’ve had issues with this place in the past and sub par work for the exorbitant cost, but I think I’m going to take my business elsewhere or just wash my car myself. Took my work truck that hadn't been washed in a couple months here to get cleaned. I've had cars detailed for $200+ and they looked great but for $36 they made my truck look better than it had since I got it! I was there maybe 20 minutes and left with a very clean truck. This place is over the top, imo. I went for a simple exterior wash, nothing fancy, run it through and done, since the rain was on it's way. The team saw a need and gave my car a little extra. I will go back every time I want to do a little something special for me and mine. Now I see what a "clean car" feels like... there's no going back. I highly recommend Eastern Auto Spa.

Service has gone downhill. Asked for the "Gold" package, and waited nearly an hour. They placed another car ahead me because that person had purchased a service and car wash. Young man cleaning the interior was very slow and did a poor job, but by then I was so sick of waiting, I just left. Not with the money or aggravation

I came off the road from Connecticut with my truck white walls dirty ,went in asking the guys in the front could they make sure the whitewalls on my Escalade were cleaned. So when it went through and came out to be finished the white walls were still dirty even though I had pre sprayed them before hand. Was waiting about 1hr. The finish guy had to take my truck back around and clean whitewalls. He did an excellent job on them he gets a 10/10 for the assist. Wish I had gotten his name.

I just moved to Mebane, NC and have been wanting to get my car washed since the move. Went over there and while the wait was long, ~1.5 hours, the work they did was good. I got the silver package with mat wash added on. The owner refunded me for my mat wash, $16, because I didn’t have carpet mats - which was what the mat wash was intended for, even still, they did wash my rubber mats. She could have not done that since I was new but she did and I really appreciated that. Overall good experience but the wait was long. This is where I take my car to get washed and I've always been pleased with the job they do. The staff is very friendly and works hard to do a quality job. I splurged the last time I was there and got the gold car wash. I couldn't tell the difference between that and their basic package, so save your money and get the standard wash. Also keep in mind they get absolutely slammed, so unless you want to spend an hour plus there get there right when they open.
