This location would be great if they weren’t so unreliable in their hours!! Definitely not 24 hours, it’s based on whether they feel like closing or not. :/ Wish there was at least some sort of consistency.

Terrible customer service experience by the sales clerk named G. He was very rude to me 2x but treated the Caucasian customers with much respect. I will be calling corporate on him asap.

I didn’t know employees were allowed to smoke cigarettes INSIDE the store, then complain how the other person didn’t lock the doors when customers walk in and see them.

Went for gas the other night. Store was locked with a sign saying "temporarily closed will be open later". Next day went in and repeatedly told "be right with you" for 7 minutes while line built up and no one at counter. Then to hear about how they are short staffed because of lazy workers. And that was the manager. No wonder you can't keep staff. That's how management talks about them? I wouldn't want to work for someone that talked about me like that either. You just don't say some things to customers....

There is one older gentleman running the cash register, seems unfriendly, very slow, gives off negative vibes. Have to give excellent customer service to all people equally. Will go back only for the management there. Clean and neat environment.

The store manager Lawanda is very disrespectful,rude, also isn’t good with customer friendly or service. I was trying to get a drink and she looked at her phone and computer and had another employee come cash me out. Never going to the store again with how I was treated and disrespected. I will go to a gas station that cares and respect there customers. I will no longer be taking my 15 trucks fill up there or buy anything while in my company trucks ever again will take my business some where else.

Stopped to get gas early this morning. Both restrooms were out of order. The get to the counter and the clerk was to busy texting to wait on her customer's. So I will take my business where they feel waiting on there customer is more important than texting. What ever happened to customer service.

This place is awful. There's always a super long line and pumps out of service. I was there today and set a coupon on the counter for my purchase and the cashier wouldn't ring it up because I didn't hand it to her. She was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. The last time I was there the 2 cashiers were arguing with each other over training instead of helping the 10 customers waiting in line.

Let the employee and manager know and employee was trying to help and the manager just walked away when I was talking and giving me a nasty look. Sorry about my language but the manager was a selfish uncaring person and disrespectful rude and no respect. Seeing all the views before I came to this location to get a couple things for my drive back to Florida. I would say the manager and owner need to fix the issue as I go to the locations in Florida and get the best service and eye contact with employees making me smile and feel welcome into the store. I didn’t feel that way when I came to this store. Wrote it on a list of what stores not to come to in North Carolina when I travel back.

The owner needs to see the reviews and take action due to the manager and some employees by looking at all the negative reviews and remarks.
