BEST deli department and staff! Great sandwiches and deli meat always sliced as requested, especially if Maxine is the one taking care of you. She ALWAYS listens to her customers & she's always pleasant! I also recommend ordering sub platters from here for any event. They're reasonably priced and fresh.

Cashiers are always very rude, some never even speak and won't even acknowledge you while they're ringing up your groceries. If you're using the self checkout they stand very close to you, if you're a person of color. The people who bag up your groceries are always very sweet and talkative, everyone should follow their lead..they're the only ones in the store treating you with any kind of respect. Everything is ridiculously Overpriced! The store is always very clean, and I enjoy the deli/bakery, but I probably won't be shopping there anymore due to everything else, which is a shame because I live right next door.

Most Delicious Wedding Cake! We tried several local very highly rated bakeries for our wedding cake, and none of them blew us away. We were going to settle for one, not completely satisfied. Our wedding planner and sister in law kept saying, "Try Publix," but we did not want a grocery store cake for our wedding. However, I reached out to the catering department and Crystal was amazing. We now live about an hour from the store, so I wanted to make sure that someone would be there when we drove all the way out there on a snowy Saturday. Crystal asked what flavors we were interested in, and she said she will get some samples ready for when we got there in about an hour. When we arrived, she had three full cakes for us to sample, at no charge. We were accustomed to paying bakeries for a sampling platter, only to be disappointed. The cakes from Publix were so delicious that we truly had a tough time deciding which one to choose. We ended up going with a vanilla cake with raspberry filling and a cream cheese icing. Holy heavenes, this was so good! We received so many compliments on the cake, and no one could believe it was from Publix. We weren't even concerned with the price; as long as the cake was delicious, we'd pay. The cake was not only delicious, but affordable - and the service from Crystal was, no pun intended, the icing on the cake!

This location has the nicest people. The bakery is phenomenal and the staff is so sweet. The whole store is clean and everyone is very polite and helpful. I pass three other Publix locations on the way to this one because this one is by far the best!

The prices can be a little high, though they often have bogos that bring them into line. The real standout with Publix is their service. Unlike say, Wegmans, employees here go out of their way to make sure you have a five star shopping experience. Whether you come across an experienced employee or a student earning extra cash after school, everyone approaches you with a smile on their face and a willingness to help.

This Publix joint has the best cakes. I got a black forest cake and it was just perfect. Fresh, not too sweet, fresh cream and nice sweet cherries on top. The lady at the bakery is very sweet and helpful. 100% recommended.

I'm not a typical Publix shopper. We stopped by to kill some time while running errands. I was super impressed with how well the store was set up and how clean it was. Every employee we passed either asked how we were or if we needed assistance. The deli area was set up beautifully and everything was easy to locate. We even found interesting groceries that I have not seen other stores carry. Stop by sometime, it will surprise you!

Just moved to the area and I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the store. Stephen at the sushi counter was happy to make me fresh roll due to a good allergy. Store layout was easy to navigate and Bryce & Michael were fast and friendly at checkout.

I absolutely love this store. First off, you don't have to even have a loyalty card to get discounts. The hot bar is reasonably priced, much much lower than Wegmans and the same quality. The bakery has a nice selections of sweets (I was trying to stay away but...eh...why not a cake slice was only $3). Can't wait for the one in Raleigh (Peace Street) to open. Until then I don't mind going out of my way for this store when in Cary.
