Worst Publix I’ve ever been to. The employees look right through you. Deli and bakery orders are never on time or missed although. Then the employees argue with you rather than making it right. Definitely not worth the paying the Publix premium.

Love their bakery selection and they have Einstein bagels. Great selection for hard to find items. Self checkout available, which is my favorite. Never crowded and you can easily run in and out without any waiting.

Came to Publix to get a few thing and the storm hit hard. I was planning on running to the car and getting drenched when Stephanie saved me by lending me her umbrella. She just said bring it when you come back. What a wonderful person. Hope Publix appreciates her as much as I do. Thanks Again Stephanie.

They will fire an employee for accepting tips. They are rich entitled people that know middle class struggle off minimum wage, and refuse to let them make more money. Entitled people deserve to be fired. Employees who work hard for money definitely deserves a tip. This company needs to be shut down. NOTE: they pay money for plastic, they do not actually save plastic nor do they recycle the plastic. The recycle actually goes in the garbage. Save your time and energy and recycle to a place that cares and about the ocean that provides 80% of the world's oxygen. This company is terrible. do not shop here either if you want to be charged for items you can find for lower elsewhere! Get items in bulk at Sam's club or Costco. And publix app does not help with savings, it is a scam to get customers to buy more from them!!!

Sadly, we drove a long way to get to this Publix to get cappi ham for my husband because we can't find it at other stores nearby. We knew Publix sells it Yet, although it was displayed on their menu over the deli, the employee didn't know what my husband, who had waited for several long minutes to be served, was asking for and said they didn't sell it. The first-class Publix near Husband's former office in Wake Forest has THE BEST employees because they care, are well-trained, know their products, and are courteous, not sloppy about service. (Husband's office closed and it's nearly an hour for us to get to Wake Forest.) Also, I had asked a different employee for another specialty item. He pointed vaguely to where I should look instead of personally assisting when he saw I couldn't find it after several minutes of intense searching and circling the case twice. So, we left with (1) $5 item instead of the estimated stack of groceries we'd planned to buy and won't be going back to this store where, obviously, customer service is an unpleasant chore to the staff.

I stopped by to get some chicken for a birthday party and stopped on the way home for groceries. It's a nice store. I think the family meal deals in the meat area are quite good. I don't have a Publix near my home, so I stop for those.

Despite me coming in just an hour before closing, the staff did an incredible job of making me feel like I was the most important person in that store. Alana from the deli was so amazing and held conversation with me as she was preparing my cold cuts for me. The employees there don’t just give you a head nod. They strike a whole conversation with you and make you feel important. The whole time I was there, I was thinking “I’m giving this place five stars and writing a review.” However, my mood quickly changed when I got to the self check out. Peter was very short with me when I asked him for help. It seemed like he didn’t want to be there and was irritated that I needed assistance. I said goodbye to him when I left and he didn’t say anything back to me. He may have just been having a bad day though, which is why I chose to still give Publix five stars. They always meet my needs and provide me with the right foods for my fitness journey. :)

This store is super clean and employees are always super nice and helpful. I love that they have the small shopping carts for kids, that way I keep my daughter entertained and she loves to help out. If you are a salmon lover like myself they have so many options and cuts. I don't mind driving a bit further just to get the exceptional service here.

Nice store. If you need some delicious cake any size this is the place. Their fried fish is good. You should try it.

Always a great visit to Publix. Good food, service and a value for your money. I enjoy getting a sub from the the deli and it is always fresh hott and tasty. Their soups are flavorful and tasty. A great selection of wines , beer and cheese as well. No discount card needed to shop at Publix as they always give you their best price. Hope you enjoy your visit to Publix.
